When you walk into the Wingstop the very first thing you know this is that the employees every single one of them say Hi how are you doing today.
They're right there at the front counter offering to take your order.
If you have questions or eager and ready to help you with your selections.
The very first thing I noticed walking in the door besides the greeting is that the tables were all clean the floors were clean and to me that's very important. It's unbelievable how many fast food restaurants you go into and there's nobody in there whatsoever no one at their drive-thru and tables are dirty filthy nasty.
I've never found that to be the case at Wingstop.
The food is made to order and as you ordered it.
The employees and the manager all thank you for coming in, and welcome you back again
Their chicken is fresh not frozen, and the proof is in the meal.

Used to love this place but no longer will go. The past four times I’ve ordered the wings are undercooked, even after I ask for it WELL DONE!!!! Made me nauseous and I couldn’t even finish it.
And to add insult to injury they didn’t give us any ranch for the two orders of fries (yes we ordered it) and they didn’t give us the cheese sauce that we paid for. Done giving them a chance which is sad bc they had the best sauces and seasonings.
After an hour of waiting, Received wings with No sauce (definitely ordered sauce), no veggie sticks ( 2 celery orders) , no ranch, and the side of cheese I ordered was poured all over both orders of my regular fries. Everything was completely wrong and they gave me a refund of $20 on a $60 order because they had closed before I could return the food. The workers had terrible attitudes and were only concerned about making the door dash orders.
Literally my favorite place to grab lunch it’s affordable and every time I stop in the employees are always so kind to me and make sure my food is right. They often give me an extra piece of corn and an extra piece of chicken than what I order and I love all of the sauce choices, haven’t had any that I don’t like. I like to order the $17 meal deal with 20 boneless and 10 corn for myself because I find it reheats well and I can snack on it for a day or two. Never had a problem here
I did a delivery order of 2 6 piece boneless Hawaiian wings with extra seasoning for the fries and a fruit patch I received one six piece boneless I got the fries and the drink but the drink was Sprite and I don't give my 7-year-old grandchildren Sprite They were cold burnt and nasty then I ordered a 10-piece combo fries of course were burnt nasty and none of the season hardly had any seasoning on it so I don't need to point I don't see the point of asking for extra seasoning only thing that was correct and okay was the drink I would never ever order Wingstop again The first time I ordered them excellent every time after that the worst stuff. I've only gave them three chances I would not give them another The food is nasty and bland. I just don't know how you mess up wings but they did They left a bad taste in my mouth I would never recommend Wingstop and I will never eat there again
Workers to worried about drinking soda and eating cookies. If you are not a food delivery person you will be waiting for your order a long time. They pushed my order back 5 times
Take too long to prepare your meal here. And lobby is disgusting. Nothing is never cleaned when I go inside. Even if I wanted to dine in, I couldn't. Tables are never cleaned.
Done ordering from this location. They either short me on the amount of wings in my order, or their as dry as jerky with almost no sauce. And no point in having it delivered since you have to go in to the store to have them correct the order.
