When my boyfriend and I walked in and were waiting, the trash can was literally in back of the place, and there were flys all over the place. When I sat down for my food, I heard the employee tell the cook to make sure it's cooked right, which means they have cooks who don't even know how to cook the chicken correctly. The food was dry and disappointing, but the service was adequate, and the lady at the front seemed to care.
Food took about 20 minutes to prepare. After receiving the food, I walked back to my apartment. When I tried the wings, I actually almost threw up. The wings tasted like how horrible body odor smells. I think this was legitimately the worst thing I have ever had the displeasure of ordering in my life.
Horrible service and food. Wings were hard and the reg fries had a ton of salt. Unbelievable!
SAND IN FRIES.. definitely they haven't washed and cleaned potatoes before cutting. On every other fry I eat I get sand under my teeth... u know how it feel when we order and take to go n find something like this. I called them immediately to complain, nobody answers the phone.
Every single time I order from this location, it is always wrong. You order 1 flavor and get a totally different one. You order classic and get boneless. It sucks cause I really like wingstop. Just not this location. The picture below confirms just how they interpret "Classic", which classic means boneless to them.
Tables and floors were dirty. Cashier and female manager took my order , said 10-12 mins. End up waiting 49 minutes for my food. Right when I was about to cancel and request a refund is when my food automatically became ready. The food was fresh and hot when I got home. The issue isn’t the food, it’s the wait time. Absolutely ridiculous. Not worth it. They also need to fix their online ordering. It wouldn’t let me order online, it said call the store, I called the store and they NEVER ANSWER. The bundle prices online are cheaper than the in person prices. But the order online feature seems to never work. Very unfortunate
For us spicy food lovers: THIS is what I call spicy. Perfect for challenges lol. They do take a long time to make the food most of the time but come on, there's only like two or three people working so I understand. But overall pretty good service. And the food is always nice and hot, super good. ????
Super rush to hit the road.... I was able to grab food and enjoy it!! The workers were such a vibe! They made the best out of their shift love that for them.
It was a male cook and a female cashier both had such amazing personalities working in the Bronx isn't so easy. But walking in their really boosted my day being I don't get to visit my home town!
Food was well cook, prepared, and the sauce was amazing, chicken wasn't dry!!
