I’m from out of town I spent $46 on foods the wings were disgusting and the fries weren’t cooked and it hurt my teeth to bite into them. Even after I hit the *cook extra time* I ordered them around 5:40p that day. When I got back to the hotel I opened them and my wings were dry and bland. My kids just ate over them while the complained that they were gross. I just decided I didn’t want to go through the hassle of getting more food made or a refund. But later on that night my kids started complaining about being hungry.. and here sits the wings in our face but not edible. I went up there as nice as I can be and told them what happened. I didn’t even want a refund, but for them to simply make a fresh batch. The refused so they went on and refunded me my money. He said it would take 24hrs. Next day I called and they said 7-10 business day. Okay cool. A week goes by and I still haven’t received anything. I called them back just for them to collect my name and number and order number once again???? not to mention I gave them those wings back. 20 freaking wings out of 30. I’m not the type to complain. But this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I didn’t even want my money back. They could’ve just made me a fresh batch of wings. SIMPLE
really bad attitude and service without even saying one word handled me my order and walked away (disappeared) stood up for a good 5 minutes and I was just trying to ask for napkin's when the guy came out he handled me 1 single napkin for my 30 wings.
Anderson, fishers, and now downtown location the worst.
if i can rate it a zero i will . ii ordered 10pc 70 cent wings and this wat was in my wings(boneless) and ii waited at least 40mins and she was getting all rude when ii asked her wen will it be done and she just had a stank attitude i DO NOT recommend this place
We preordered 40 boneless chicken, 2 large fries, 3 ranch and cheese dip.. We picked the orders up at Pennsylvania location. When we open up the order to our dismay we found that the chicken was soggy they didn't have fries because they quote ran out of them " I didn't get any sauces. When asked about the order they said they ran out of items. The main problem is we still pay the regular price for all these items. We need a quick response please with a full refund..
Thanks to this Wingstop I got my order, fresh and hot. Great customer service and always clean. Nothing is ever wrong with my food. No problems.
Ordered through DoorDash and the door dasher was refused a cup for my drink I ordered. WTH? My order also was missing the fries. Not sure if that was DoorDash or wingstop’s fault. Also they always be taking forever, something’s gotta change here.
Service was really fast. Sukhdeep Kaur took my order and was very helpful when ordering. Would definitely return.
Very good service. Simmi does a great job especially on weekends. She manages things brilliantly.
