this is for sure the best wing stop central ohio, but it's still not amazing. i want to be completely honest with my review. The man who took my order at the register had earbuds in and clearly couldn't hear what i was saying. He mistook what i was saying while the woman behind him clearly heard me. Also, he was lazy. he didn't take the drinks off my order like i asked, nor did he add my extra ranch. while i sat and waited for my food i watched him "sweep" the floor and he missed a lot of things on the floor. The same lady from before was kind, and reassured me while i was waiting that my food would be coming soon. the food itself is just ok. The fries are over cooked on the outside and undercooked on the outside, it tasted and felt like i was eating a raw potato. the wings were covered in sauce and seasoning, which is great! they tasted fine as well. i got bbq, 2/5 spicy, and hot honey rub, 3/10. the hot honey wasn't spicy but the bbq was? so that through me off, but the ranch makes everything better. also their ice machine was out of ice. i ordered at 9 pm and they close at 12 so i don't know why that would be. overall my experience was just eh
I feel like the food was prepared with no love. I have felt a more spiritual connection with a fish sandwich from McDonald's than the wings I ordered from here. I chose four different sauces and was sad to learn that they don't mark which is which, especially when everything was just bland and sorta tastes similar across the board. the highlight was honestly the cheese fries, they tasted like I was at a county fair or something. Do they handcut them in each store? I'm too lazy to check but it tastes like it and the cheese sauce was wonderfully unnatural in taste and color, a true thumbing of the nose at all things special and organic. seriously, the fries were great. the boneless wings were not the way to go. I should know better than to order what I think is "a good deal" and just get exactly what I want (traditional) from (almost anywhere else, regardless of cost).
I love the food, but the attitude of some employees is so bad, they won’t open their mouth at all, it’s like you’re dealing with a robot, say hi at least! This is not the first time I have come to this place and they seem to have an attitude, if you don’t like your job then find another one, but don’t act like you don’t want to be there and the customers annoy you, multiple times the employees won’t say a simple word and is not because I didn’t leave a tip because I always do!
Do NOT go to this location if you don’t have to!!
We ordered wings for the college football playoffs and received the greasiest wings with little to no seasoning I have ever had from Wingstop.
I love the offerings from the Wingstop franchise but I’ll reconsider every time now after this experience. They tasted HORRIBLE which has never happened in the 6 years since I was put on to Wingstop. The two stars are simply because the order was ready and accurate but I’ll never visit this location again regardless of the circumstances.
Great place to get good wings. This one is a little bit better than other wingstop I go to. I ordered online and picked up at the place. Didn't take a long time to wait for the food. Smiling staffs. TV on site for dine in entertainment. Nice furniture. Clean drink station in a clean place. Nothing was missing, chicken flavors was correct, and i enjoyed my lunch.
Worst service ever, I went and I told the guy that I was picking up an order and he told me it wasn’t ready yet so I sat down and other people walked in and ordered, they got their food first and I was still patiently waiting for my order and 40 minutes pasted by and I went up and asked the guy if my order was ready and he told me that it was been ready so I just looked at him and got my food and left, but like why couldn’t he let me know my food was ready, I spent 40 minutes just sitting there and my food was ready but he didn’t tell me. Also there was barely people there and most of the time he was on his phone.
Idk if it’s just the Morse rd location but fries are always cold and limp. My kids always have some kind of issue. Between extreme vomiting and or diarrhea to seriously upset stomach. We drive literally 1.5 min to get our food and same time back and if we catch light 2.5 min. And fries feel like they sit around after cooked and microwaved when needed
Call to order my food, was on hold for nine minutes, when I walked in the store, she asked me was I picking up or ordering, I showed her my phone and said I’ve been a hold waiting for nine minutes, she said yeah we’re kind of busy. My boss told me not to answer the phone, so why couldn’t she tell me to order online or just come to the store, yet and still she was still putting me on hold didn’t have any intentions on taking my order, this location needs to be shut down, and I don’t understand why it hasn’t been shut down yet
