This was the absolute worst experience that I have ever ever had at this Wingstop this is usually a great location nice people and great service BUT TODAY . My order was entirely wrong and extremely incorrect. There was no sauce on my wings at all. AND THEY WERE HARD I’m currently on crutches, which is why I did a mobile online delivery order through the app started with a JACK WHO I SPOKE TO A LADY believe it was Today when I called April 24 2024@ 421pm all flats I ordered all flats They REFUSED to credit my order or give me a refund, but kept specifying for me to come up to the store after I said, I was unable to walk IM ON CRUTCHES and said they are well done they SUPPOSED TO BE HARD I’ve worked in a kitchen before AND THE SHOULD NOT BE SO HARD TO THE POINT I CAN THROW AT A WALL OR EVEN CHEW and then proceeded to say there was nothing to do when they credit orders OR REFUND This is the worst experience I have ever had, I am calling corporate on you guys photos of my unsaced wings that were supposed to be buffalo Unbelievable I spent 25-30 DOLLARS AND THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME CALL TOMORROW AND TRY WITH THAT MANAGER CAUSE IM NOT GOING TO DO IT
I ordered 3, 8 piece combos all Louisiana rub, unfortunately upon getting my food, my chicken had NO flavoring at all. I contacted the store and spoke to Yessica, she stated she was the store manager. She is so unprofessional and very short after i just wanted to communicate my issue regarding my order. Not too happy cause this is my go to store for wings
A little out of my normal neighborhood, I was going to meet a friend and saw out of the corner of my eye, a wingstop!
I say, hey why the heck not.
I go in and pleasantly greeted by a beautiful young Hispanic male. Spoke so eloquently and enunciated his words very clearly. Which means a great deal to me for I am a deaf /Hard of Hearing individual. Anywho, food was delicious service was great, cleanliness of this location was surprisingly good.
I always order from this location. May 4th i did an order on wingstop app that costed $50. Delivery driver delivered order to another door and i was suppose to receive a refund. I contacted wingstop may 15th to inquire about my refund and they could not find any information on my name nor order the manager i spoke with was very rude and nonchalant and i believe she is the one who made my order disappear. Stated the only thing i can do is dispute with my bank. I will not be ordering again.
Whenever You order online They always call you back and tell you that they don't have something and offer you boneless wings when you didn't order or want that. I cancelled my order & they still charged my card on 2/20. The store rep told me that they will reverse the charge when I cancelled the order. Theres no one that will reverse this fraud charge so I have to contact my bank tomorrow to open up a dispute because this store & reps have men-tal challenges & cannot get anything handled. Good food trash, service
I love the customer service and receiving my order I. A timely manner the cooks should get paid more because their job is very hard and a lot of work I see them working very hard and never complain .
Jose (cashier) was very pleasant during my visit. He upsold my drink and had a beautiful smile. The food tasted great and I will be returning :)
Ana and Jose were awesome when I came in store today, amazing customer service, if you come in while they are working, rest assured they will take great care of you!
