I asked for a cup of water to accompany my food but was denied by multiple staff members (including Eric). No manager (apparently that would be Ray?) was on duty. It seems that their soda machine does not offer water by itself. No matter, plenty of other fast food places to choose from.
Normally I have a great experience. They always give slot of fries and usually throw in a few extra wings. The last few times haven’t been the same. Very light in the fries and sauce. Tonight has been the worst. The fries were not cooked like they usually are and were fried out. And they gave us less wings than we ordered. It seems like in the last few months I’ve seen a slow decline. Hoping they back strong or I won’t
I just want to say thank you for all of your help. I had just finished a 6-1/2 hr. drive from Detroit, that was supposed to be 5 hrs. I am very conscious of what I eat and eat only once a day. My plan was to check into my room and order some wings carry out. Wingstop showed up as the closest and when I called for a delivery I was told - "you have to use the app".
I'm 65 yrs old and while I am not inept, it wasn't easy. Matthew, when you got on the phone and were quite patient and walked me through it STEP BY STEP. What a Saint! I was ready to cancel but you was such a help - SO professional. By the way I am a business owner of 30 yrs. I would hire you ANYDAY. Sad part is the order I placed went to a different store somehow (Martin Luther King Dr)?? Instead of your store at 720IL-83 Mundelein, and upon realizing that you continued to assist me through completion of the order.
Believe me as a business owner, this type of integrity is rare and should be recognized. Please share this email with your superiors and never give up on your values! Thanks again for all your help!

I come to this wingstop occasionally. It's been a few months. Love the wings. I ordered last Friday, they were busy. I waited like 25 minutes for my food. Got home and saw that the bone in wings had barely any Louisiana rub. The cajun fries were also barely seasoned. We also had 1t of the nine in thighs which were hard, and dry. A lot of seasoning on those though. Not very tasty. Threw out the bone in thighs. I would definitely recommend checking your food before leaving. I will not be back to this location.
Food is always made fresh. Lots of flavors for the wings. Decent portion of fries as a side. They have one of those Coke machines with the flavor options. It's never been too busy when we're there, though they tend to have a lot of pick up/online orders. We dine in occasionally, never an issue with getting a table.
Staff is always so amazing and so friendly. Wings are amazing every single time too. That's why this isn't 1 star. I gotta leave this review hoping something changes though, because every single time I order 20 wings, I get 15 drums 5 flats. And I don't want to order "all flats" either because I do want some drums. But 3:1 drums:flats ratio is terrible. I wouldn't have said anything if it was just once, but it's literally every single time I order, and I've ordered 10+ times and each time I order the ratio gets worse and worse. I think I used to get 9 flats 11 drums. I let it slide. Then each time i ordered, the ratio would slowly shrink. I started getting 8 flats 12 drums, then 7 flats 13 drums and now here we are at 5 flats 15 drums. I bought 20 wings and only got to enjoy 5 flats, it really feels like a scam.
