Dude who at the counter is very very rude. I asked is everything in the bag? And he didn’t speak with me and started acted weird pointed his mouth and stomach sign thing showed to my face and I asked again then he started speaking only say “yes”. Then he completely ignored me and spoke with other person. I do work service industry in 15 years never seen this kind of rudeness before.
Very clean restaurant. Amazing service! All the boneless wings + fries were cooked fresh and were nice and crispy. My girlfriend and I can tell they work very hard here! This is the best Wingstop in the city
Screwed up my order in spite of it being read back to me twice and me saying it twice. I ordered a 6bpiece boneless no fries, with corn , no fries, with ranch dressing, no fries, I got no corn, got fries, no corn, did I say no fries? They said at first they gave me the corn. Couldn't have, I wasn't there. My granddaughter picked up the bag. She got home with the bag, no corn. Finally they found the bag of corn Eureka! NEVER AGAIN!
The laziest employees in the company im convinced wait is super late they refuse to pick up the phone and when you walk in the place is dead these huge businesses are losing so much money with horrible employees this is the third time I’ve tried calling this location no response I walked in there it was dead there’s nobody working the two cooks were in the back talking on the phone and the cashier called him and said hey why do you keep calling I said because I’m trying to place a order and they said why do you call so much I’m like because I’m hungry and I want to place an order there’s no one in the restaurant and they couldn’t take your order it’s ridiculous I would fire them
Penny pinching owners have me food poisoning twice. Wasn’t sure it was them the first time lmao
I walked into their establishment at 4pm and was asked if I placed an order online. I politely said "no I am ordering". He said "oh I am not accepting in person orders at this time". I'm sorry what? Is this normal? So if I call you you'll take my order but not eye to eye? They lost my business!
Good food. If they mess up it’s a lot to get my order right because they make you convince them, but it gets right at the end so I come back. Thank you.
First time at this location. The staff were very thorough taking the order over the phone and very patient. The food was hot and ready right when they said it was. Happy to come again next time
