Bland yet smelly food. I had the salt and pepper box, chips were sweaty, meat was dry, all of it was flavourless. Had some chop suey too, wasn't too bad. Took over an hour to arrive. Very odd pungent smell when I opened the boxes, hours later my house stinks of it. I won't be ordering from there again, not worth the money.
Well to start with 2 hours in we ring up to find out where our food is to be told it was out for delivery and will be with us soon.
40 mins later we rang up again to be told the driver was new and very near to our address. 15 mins later we receive a call from the driver, he couldn't find us and we had to find him. On top of everything the lady on the phone was rude and the driver was not much better.
To get our food took 3 hours this is not an acceptable length of time for what turned up.
The Chicken balls were a greasy mess and all the food was cold. This has been a miserable experience and we will go else where from now on.
Hygiene levels are disgusting.. if only I recorded what I saw this evening. Ordered a meal without veg tonight, unfortunately for them the front counter window was open when I arrived. The lady serving kindly removed the veg ( not knowing I could see) with her bare hands fishing out the onion.. and then licking her fingers in between fishing for more. Sack this place off your list right now..
I have been using Wings on delivery for over 5 years. Foods good and the drivers are friendly and approachable.
I would recommend this place, but my advice is to have it delivered to you. That's how I always have nice meals from Wings.
I had a takeaway from here years ago and didn't enjoy. We tried it again tonight after me husband said he had tried it recently. It was bloody lovely, will definitely be using again.
Astonished at the reviews also. We’ve tried many other takeaways all around us and Wings is by far the best food. Never over salted, tasty honest food. We won’t go anywhere else now.
What can I say, a total disaster. The sad part is the food from here in the past had been great, but will never order again. We ordered a family meal about 6pm and it said delivery would be 7.30. Ok we will wait - what a silly choice. At 8pm we rang a few times and finally they answered. Their car had supposedly broken down ! Mmm what an old line !!! If we could wait they could deliver 8.30 ish. Obviously got a crystal ball to know the car would be fixed OR the cynical me could say they were behind with their orders! As young children were now getting hungry we cancelled and ended up with chips. If they had just had the decency to have contacted us it wouldn’t have been so bad but to be left in limbo knowing o thing was disgusting
Picked up meal at 1745pm this evening food was barely warm chips where under cooked and hard. Chicken balls Greasy not very appetising.
Very disappointing meal not sure if they have a new chef.
