Used it once Lovely staff even though not my usual chemist
I took my granddaughter in on Wednesday she is at uni in Manchester and felt really bunged up in her nose Pat was on the counter she was lovley as usual very friendly and directed us to Faz the pharmacist who listened to her asking her lots of questions and then told her what to get to help clear things up and to come back if things got worse
Terrible customer service. Not a trustworthy company

Not even worth a, one star this has been my pharmacy for years it is, now horrendous the pharmacist is awful un helpful and condescending I've been in tears how ive been treated regarding my repeat prescription needs to sort customer service out immediately!!!! And may I say went to another pharmacy and got my prescription so I can now live my life as best I can without crying don't wish this disability on anyone!!!
