Love coming here. Always friendly service. My little boy loved his kids sandwich box today and a reasonable price too. Sandwich was lovely fresh bread with ham and cheese. Would definitely recommend
A nice place to stop if you are using Clifftop Park or walking the coastal path. There are tables outside next to the playground, or in a peaceful secret garden area. Small menu, but something for veggies and meat eaters to enjoy. We both went for the vegetarian cooked breakfast at just under £10, mostly nice, but neither the poached or fried egg were cooked very well. Service excellent.
Ask Matt for a MattWhite (his own super rich coffee creation) and Charlotte for a paste she has made on the premises.
Covered area if the weather isn't great. Overlooks a free car park and childrens play area. Public toilets 50m (still free as of January 2023).
Had the Ploughman’s cheese ham ,Olivers, Scottish egg, bread it was absolutely delicious MuM had the corn beef pie salad and chips. We be definitely. We going there again soon, worth the 12 pounds
No better place to be come rain or shine.
The coffee’s are always great and the bar and secret garden is a must see.
Had a couple of beers whilst our daughter was in the park.
Love wilmores and the staff are great
Thanks
Carl
Went in while visiting Penarth, but clear attitude and off atmosphere from the start because we weren't from there/didn't fit the right 'look' of Penarth. Even though the policy was no outside food/drinks (which is understandable), so we were immediately addressed with awful attitude when we tried drinking our own drink. However, we HAD purchased some food/drink, so it was clear we were just not good enough customers for them (even though it was not busy). We weren't even given a chance to explain we had purchased from them and that dietary restrictions meant one person needed to drink what they had brought with them from home. Huge difference in attitude seen with other customers because they were in business attire.
Great customer service. We had coffee and some cakes. Both reasonably priced and tasty. Dog friendly also
At the cliff tops play area and just had the BEST breakfast roll I’ve EVER had. Great to see butcher’s sausage and bacon (and black pudding!) all perfectly cooked and the bread roll was firm and delicious. Outstanding!!
