Really happy with the service I received yesterday from Williams. From booking the appointment to collecting the keys, it was a professional and friendly service. Was my first time using them but will be coming back for any further issues and services.

I had a Mercedes S350 bluetec, engine management light kept on showing up but no faults were found on the system, after an accurate as possible description from myself about my driving experience and careful inspection they spotted a hairline crack and leak in the turbo pipe, this was affecting the airflow randomly losing power in the drive and almost an undetectable fault for most garages. Williams Mercedes smashed it, this was proof they are thorough in their work!
Fitted me in quickly and was happy with the service. Only issue was I had asked for a price before work was done but this did not happen. Will use again but make it very clear I want a cost first! Happy to have found a local Mercedes garage.
I've used many independents over the years for various makes of vehicle and Williams stands out among the best. You pay for an excellent service, not to sit in a foyer full of bling and magazines/coffee machines etc etc. The staff are polite and knowledgeable, and, for me, give great communication. That's an important factor when I choose who is going to look after my cars. I took the wife's SLK in with a non working aircon, the gas pressure switch was the fault. Found quickly, booked in swiftly and repaired in no time. Sometimes main dealers feel like a trip to the dentist, with no feedback whatsoever. Not so Williams Mercedes. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Now my go to independent, thanks to Barry and the team.
Been coming here for years, these guys are superb and are probably the best around with identifying a fault, highly recommend for servicing and repairs.
