The most useless, incompetent, rude and unhelpful pharmacist and their large team. The elderly are sent back to GP every time they need to pick up a repeat because they have lost the prescription, then the medicine is not there, need to come back, two days later, still not there, a week after - there is nothing for you"- it's expired. I feel like they make money on not dispensing the full prescriptions and "owing" then saying the request expired. There are 5 of them behind the till, yet the large queue of elderly is always there, they either ignore you or tell you to go away and ask for a new prescription. Absolutely disgusting attitude!
The service is terrible! I am after cancer surgery! They took the prescription and the money and did not fill my entire prescription. I have been waiting for a month for the medicine to be delivered to me, which I should not have stopped, and they lie to me every time that it will arrive in a few days. Now I am waiting for a new prescription from the doctor, but it is already too late. I stopped taking medications that the doctor told me not to stop under any circumstances. I am outraged!
Terrible customer care, there are so many working there and they ignore you, and are plain rude. It smells awful in there too. There’s another one just up the road after sainsburys where they spent time with me and made sure I had the medication I needed. I won’t go here again, the staff really need a lot of training and need to be more humane
Prescriptions never ready. Sent electronically from GP on Wednesday - still not ready Thursday, Friday or Saturday. My carer was advised to come back on the following Monday (!), but chose to wait more than 1 hour. For a prescription they had for 3 days.
They deserve zero stars.

Extremely Unhelpful rude staff who cannot apologise for the mistake they make. They have given my 3 year old son a wrong antibiotic. They should have checked it. When I called them, they blamed me and eventually hanged up on me. Disgraceful. Cannot even own their own mistakes!!!
Very rude, poor customer's service skills, lack of understanding and respect for foreign names and culture. After I asked an old blonde lady with glasses to call me how I prefer to be called,she refused to do it and after I turned around, she kept laughing and mocking at me (and my name) with her colleagues.
Totally unprofessional and rude.
Absolutely the worst chemist in Chislehurst. Prescriptions are never ready even though they are meant to be electronic. Staff rude and unhelpful and an unpleasant atmosphere. Also, witnessed two members of staff talking about a customer that had just left the shop (and not in a good way). Utter disgrace and very unprofessional.
