I ordered a touch up pen from Williams BMW, I wasn't too confident on using it on the chips myself, so James said to pop over and he'd do it and show me how to do it in future. He was only to happy to help and did a great job! Even offered for me to come back in a week to polish them up!
Really happy with all the team at Williams. Was recommended them from quite a few people. So much so that I travelled from my home town of Blackburn to Bolton just so I could speak to them and check out their work. Really professional and tidy outfit. And the quote I got given was way better than others I had received for the same job. So my car is now booked in for repair soon here at Williams. A+ so far. Will give an update once the work has started.

I reported the damage to my vehicle with Nick Smith and he organised a call back to arrange assessing the damage. James Norton called me the same day and quoted for the work.
He was quick to get my car booked in for repair and organised a courtesy car.

Went to our local bmw repair bodyshop and could not have asked for better service! Car had some scuffs and scratches from being hit and wanted a quote outside of insurance. James came to have a look and within 5 minutes he had buffed the car to look like nothing had happened! Could not have asked for better service or advice ! Thank you :)
The repair they did on my car was good and I couldn’t complain about that, they did part of my repair back in October and kept the car until early November, I picked my car up and used it for the next 2 months, however I had to wait 2 months to get the repair completed as part of my bumper was on major back order witch I didn’t have a problem with, I took it back to get the bumper finished witch was done in a few hours, when I got back in the car it wouldn’t start so they jumped started my car and said it will be fine now and it would have happened from having my boot open and the lights being on the entire time the work was being done, the next day I went to start my car and the battery was completely flat. When I rang to see what had happened they said it would be because it had been sat still for 3 and a half weeks (this was while they had my car on their car park during the first part of the repairs) and the battery would have drained then, and then the battery would have packed In due to the weather recently, but I had never had a problem with the car starting all the way through winter until my car had gone back into their garage, in the end they basically said even though the battery would have drained from sitting on their car park and then going flat for the first time after they left the boot open for hours while they did the job, that it wasn’t down to them to sort this issue, so in the end it cost me £107 to replace a battery that had gone flat because they left my car sat still for nearly a month and then left the boot open with the lights on in my car for hours while they did the job. The actual repair has been done well but I just think the way they have handled the whole process is ridiculous and has ended up costing me money because they didn’t keep the car going while they had it for nearly a month.
Non-Fault Insurance Claim. Light front end damage. The shoddiest piece of workmanship ever experienced in my entire life. The garage may be under the BMW brand but the work on my Audi A6 is far from the standard you’d expect from a prestige brand. New bonnet not aligned, catching at the back. Bumper not correctly aligned to include the headlamps. The car has a straight edge bonnet and as such the wings should’ve be sprayed for colour match yet not done. The garage’s response to all this was “It’s just the way it is” …”can’t do anything about it”
The repair to my car was of a good standard. But the lack of care for my car was disgraceful and not what you'd expect. Firstly my car was left unlocked outside of the workshop so I got a notification on my phone so I could lock it remotely. Then a few days later after work had been on my car I got another notification to say one of the windows had been left open and that the rain sensor on the car had detected rain, so again I closed it remotely. The final issue was when I received my car back. They had disconnected my hardwired dash cam for data protection which I would be ok if they had reconnected it before giving me the car back. When I reconnected the power lead and screw attachment there is now no power. It was working perfectly when they picked my car up and now it isn't. I contacted the bodyshop and was just fobbed as they said they only disconnected it, but obviously more was done as the camera is now not working. Hopefully I'll never need to take my car there again, a total disgrace. But like I said earlier the repair to my car was good.
