After being ripped off several times, William Oakes & Sons was recommended to me. Honestly BY FAR the best MOT Test Centre I've ever been to. Trustworthy, efficient, friendly and simply amazing. I will never use another place. Yes you can pay for a cheaper MOT but you'll pay for it in unnecessary repairs! My car failed every time at the last place with expensive repairs. This time, not even an advisory which makes you wonder what the others were doing. Cannot recommend them enough!
This MOT station cannot be beaten. They are always helpful and honest. Friendly and fair. Will do their best to fit you in. If they say something needs fixing it does and if not you know your car is road worthy. Don't see how they could do better. The place to take your car ????
Fed up with mechanics ripping you off, this one won’t! I have never been disappointed and cannot recommend William Oakes highly enough. Give them a try, yes you can get a cheaper MOT but you pay for it in work they say is required.
Great MOT Center, father and son run this efficient business and know exactly what they are doing. Pop along and have a chat or call them and book an MOT, other repairs done also.
I have been going to him now for over 15 years and he is one of the best garages I've ever been to, because not like some garages who say you need this and that doing to pass its MOT,hes honest and tells you straight and always make time for you hes very friendly.

Fantastic place real down to earth team father and son . Not a rip off place they do ur m.o.t n that's it they have no desire at all to try take money off u for no reason wouldn't trust any other mot station there absolutely fantastic brilliant service very polite n very professional it's easy to see y they been going for so long.
