Beautiful nature trails.
My fur-babies and I had a very pleasant experience.
Started at this parking lot on pioneers Blvd. Went up to J st where Jamaican north trail starts. It was a 5.88 miles round trip. Most of it was all concrete.
Started here again yesterday and hiked over to the salt River leave trail. Then took the bison trail out to pioneers park. Did a loop out there to the nature center. That ended up being around 9.91 miles round trip. When I came back I cut through wilderness park to get some shade.
Easy parking to access the trails with a big map of the trails in that area.
Great starting point. Easy walk, went for an hour before turning around and heading back. Great trail, well maintained.
Love it here. Quiet. Also, great for walking dogs on leash!
Lots of great places to get photos! I go hiking out there off and have picnics through out the summer.
Great trails for the whole family that is minutes from our home. Relaxing, adventure seeking, foraging, it has it all!
Its just creepy to me... Im not of fan of wooded areas
