Really delicious mushroom risotto, SUCH a generous portion of mushrooms, super creamy, just wow. I got the truffle oil on it as well and I think it came out to like 12£ total. There was a small line but it moved very quickly. Highly recommend for mushroom enjoyers.
Lee Brothers at Borough Market refreshes street food with their mushroom risotto. Initially, the concept of risotto as street food might seem odd! Prepared in enormous pans, the mushrooms meld perfectly with the rice, and finished with Parmesan cheese. It's great for sharing, offering a true taste of the market's culinary delights. .
A good find if your a fan of mushroom risotto, everything is cooked in front of you. The risotto felt bit on hard side. No long queues and friendly atmosphere around there.
Best mushroom risotto out there! Although the risotto was more on the firm side, it was still quite tasty. There were more mushrooms than rice in my risotto. The staff had rushed me into placing my order, so I added the black truffle to my order without realising it would cost a another £10. Not worth the extra ten pounds for black truffle, in my opinion. Would go back again!
Another must try food in borough market! Just next to bread ahead. The risotto was on the hard side but texture complements the mushroom sauce and not the mushy type. Mushrooms was awesome! Definitely returning for another one.

I gotta say, this might’ve been the best mushroom risotto I’ve ever had. The flavors were insane, piping hot, and the amount of mushroom they provided was crazy too. Overflowing with so many different types of mushrooms, cheesy and rich, creamy and delicious. Exactly what I needed after arriving in London after taking an hour train.
Atmosphere 7/10
There is no such thing as an atmosphere, it was in the middle of the bustling market. There was a line but it moved very quickly. Super lively and exciting place. We ate standing.

Even on a Saturday afternoon the place didn’t have a queue. The service was super fast, and they let you have a taste before you buy, which is really great. The taste sample was saltier than the actual order I think because it didn’t have the added mushrooms. Portions are good and theres loads of cheese inside and on top (grated parmesan). There are so many types of mushrooms, at least 3-4 that I could recognize so it was very pleasant to enjoy! Definitely recommend
Don’t fall into this ripoff!!! This guy offers “risotto”but is not Arboreo… actually that’s NOT even rice!!… they cook cheap barley and sell it as “risotto”. The taste is nothing near to decent.
