I've ordered from Whody a few times now and it's always been great, the burgers are really good. However my last order arrived nearly 3hrs after ordering, I had ordered through Just Eat, I chased the restaurant 3 times as there were no updates on delivery. The food was very good once it arrived but it has made me a bit reluctant to order again
we used love Whody but the service has been getting worse everytime we use them, tonight we waited well over an hour wanted to cancel our order, but getting a refund is like getting blood out of stone! £50 down the drain and no food. Don’t go near them with a barge poll!
Absolutely disgusting, a scheduled order for 8 pm was an hour late, tried ringing multiple times with no answer, only once did I get through when they said my scheduled order would be another 30 to 45 mins. Got food cool, terrible customer WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN!
Well where do I start 1 out of 10 this time ordered from hear when first opened was good . Never again after tonight greasy whodys burger . Un crispy. crispy Chicken burger cold cheesy chips hard greasy and cold waste of £23 for 2 burgers and 2xcheesy chips
Absolutely love the chicken ranch salads, I order them alot!
The loaded chicken and bacon ranch fries are a winner also.
First time ordering from Whodys 1a fareham park road po15 6La, absolutely INCREDIBLE food the best fast food we have tried so far ???? very good delivery/polite staff , definitely recommend this restaurant 100% will be back tomorrow ???? you won’t be disappointed with anything u order from these guys!
I ordered from here through Deliveroo and they had their own order tracking, the first time they delivered it, they delivered it to the wrong house then they delivered again 30 mins later which in total i had to wait 2 hours for my order then i they didn’t even pack my drinks which I paid for, won’t be ordering from here again and Deliveroo wouldn’t do anything about it as whody had their own order tracking and wouldn’t even offer any partial refund for the delay
Great food and great delivery! Will definitely order from here again ????
