Love my sister Toni and all the beautiful women that work there the best hair salon to me and nails thanks for making my hair look so good .
I was able to have my call answered as I was leaving a voicemail to receive a call back and today is a holiday I'm not sure why some of you are having a issue with connecting with this business. My phone call with Latweet was helpful and satisfactory. I was able to book my appointment for the tomorrow at 9:00am. Me and my husband Darrell look forward to our visit at this location.
Very poor customer service and unprofessional. Called quite a few different times trying to get an appointment for a simple wash and blow dry and kept getting the runaround. I was told to call back at a certain time each time and still no response. I won’t spend where it’s not acceptable or appreciated some establishments make it hard to patronize unnecessarily ✌????
So I've been calling for over week trying to get an appointment with a certain person, I was told they'll back on a certain day. So I call back on the suppose day they would beback now they won't be back until next week. I notice when I. I'm calling they won't answer my call. So I call from a different number now they answer. This person still was not back. So I ask the lady on the phone there anyone else that does cut and hair color she says No!! Girl bye, just say yall don't won't my business. Don't give people the run around. I know their
is a few of them that cut and dye hair

Hello so I did encounter the phone situation not being able to get a hold of a stylist so I know exactly what you are concerned with, My sugguestion is to actually go to her shop someone should be able to book your appt. its worth the drive.
My hair experience was nice! I would rate 5 stars however the hairdresser I had was very talkative and slow paced resulting into late finishes.
LeThuy (LaTwee) is always on point when I have an appointment with her. I have many different styles and she NEVER disappoints me.
