We have just joined this surgery and have had wonderful care it is just like the surgery's from the eighties when I worked in one. The staff are caring, polite as are the drs etc, 10 out of 10, the good ones do exist after all. Thankyou all.
Went for a blood draw. The phlebotomist didn't wear gloves and used her finger to palpate the vein. She didn't even use alcohol wipe. I just hope she used a new needle. This was a dreadful experience.
Waited 30 minutes for doctor to see me. If it was me late, they wouldn't see me.
Very good experienced doctors.parking is very difficult.
They just removed me from the list of patients because I mentioned that I had moved to another city temporary. Now, I can not access to my past tests. They just did not hear any reason.
I came 5 minutes late after I notified them about a delay and they refused to see me
