Used to be a lot better - possibly because competition has been largely stifled in the area.
The cold specials have become unimaginative (generally chicken in flavoured mayonnaise) and I have found it is best to check your orders before you leave as orders are occasionally wrong (with a higher frequency than I have found elsewhere). They are generally happy to offer refunds or replacements (either on the day or at a later date) when orders are wrong but this doesn't really help you when you've spent half of your lunch break on the initial trip to the shop.
Our Wednesday go too for a full breakfast . Friendly staff, brilliant food.

Good food, wide selection of hot and cold sandwiches, drinks, and snacks.
Open for breakfast and lunch, gets very busy around midday when the company across the road breaks for lunch, but service is always good.
