Superb service. I am a first time buyer and I found the process really easy. Suzanne replied to emails usually within an hour or two and no question (from me) was too daft. Highly recommend them for speed and efficiency of service.

After hiring their services we experienced Initially poor communication and a lack of response to emails, we were told people would call us back but didn't and we had to chase them constantly for information. Improved slightly after making a complaint raising a long list of issues when Chris got involved. Incorrectly tried to charge us for local searches on our final bill that we had already paid for, and it took them 6 weeks after completion to send in the paperwork to update Land Registry. They were recommended by Taylor Wimpey. Really poor service all round.
I called this company trying to allocate a will my dad had done over 25 years ago, the receptionist SUE who answered my call was not only incredibly polite but super helpful!!
She discovered that the will had not been made with there company but had contacted various people to find out where it might be. She went above and beyond and called me back first thing the next morning to give me the information. I was so impressed and would deffinatoy reccomend there services from my experience.
