Started our girl’s night out with a piercing at White Pony!! She is fantastic!! It’s the cutest parlor! Greeted with beautiful friendly faces, educated us on after care instructions, and even though I don’t like needles…. She is lightning FAST!!!! Highly recommend! Thank you again!
I came in with my friend and her daughter to get her ears pierced! I cannot express how amazing Bonnie is! She was so informative, professional, patient. She never rushed our service and was very patient with my friends 5 year old. She let her take the lead on when she could touch her ear, start the process, etc. The shop was busy and she was making sure everyone was being cared for. She’s truly an amazing women! I could not stop talking about her after we left. As a small business owner myself I had to come review because she deserves all the business! Bonnie you are a badass women and I will send everyone I know your way!

I have been to her for several piercings, even bringing my friends and family to see her. Each and every piercing has been a fantastic experience.
Bonnie is thorough, and her attention to detail is unmatched. Her ability to explain every step will leave you feeling nothing but comfort with the process. In addition, she is dedicated to using only top-notch products and quality jewelry, and her space is incredibly sanitary.
I highly recommend Bonnie for the first-time piercing or when you want to add a few more sparkles to your look! She is EXCELLENT.
Bonnie was very knowledgeable, kind & helpful. She and the other girl there (I forgot her name) made me feel so comfortable! They fixed a bad piercing from a different business. My ear had started to split and I was in a lot of pain, but Bonnie made it very quick and was as gentle as possible. They have a clean, inviting environment. They have quality jewelry options in various price ranges. I look forward to going back for my next piercing!!
Bonnie was just absolutely awesome! Not just in person but even communicating via message/email. Always got back with me, helped me with piercing issues, and answered any questions I had.

Bonnie, is such an amazing person. She makes you feel comfortable during the appointment. She's pierced me multiple times and each time she was clean, precise and fast. Each piercing has healed up perfectly. All the piercings she's done for me look well placed. An added bonus, SHE GIVES YOU CANDY!
I don’t usually leave reviews but had to after my amazing experience at white pony. Bonnie is the absolute best, so welcoming and professional! She pierced my daith and I felt totally taken care of during the whole piercing and healing process, she answered all my silly questions with a smile and is so chill. I am obsessed with my new piercing!
My friend and I went in for nose piercings and I also got a flat piercing. We had a wonderful experience with Bonnie! The shop is cozy and spotless and Bonnie was super helpful in helping us decide what we wanted/what would look good. We will definitely make the trip to Pleasant View for future piercings!
