We were impressed from the start as we sold within a week.
Previous to this we had been on the market for over a year with different estate agents.
We have bought and sold through the Bitterne office and are very grateful to the whole team.

I am a natural sceptic of estate agents having had multiple poor experiences in the past, to the point that I thought 'they're all the same' and 'how "good" is a good estate agent?'
My experience with White & Guard has so far exceeded my expectations (in a positive way) that it has restored my faith that there are some genuinely excellent agents out there who go the extra 10 miles and pull out all the stops. I would absolutely recommend White & Guard to anyone looking to sell their home in Bitterne or the surrounding area. They are poles apart from their local rivals and a pleasure to deal with.
