Fish nibblers were good. But the loaded fries had a different ranch sause resembling elmers glue. Sauce tasted chemical based as well
My schedule ran late on the day I visited. This saw me and my partner at this location around midnight. The line was very long. A customer was being very particular and the team working spent about ten minutes on them alone. The six cars ahead took that long to clear up. Woman in the store was polite and apologized, made sure we got everything.
The low rating is for the atmosphere outside. Several guys walking set up near the entrance asking for money or pestering you for cigarettes if you have them. It's not fun to deal with and it is unsafe for the workers. They have bars on the drive thru window, like so many fast food places have to, in the area. Like a jail.
Small little stand only wait area. Workers just standing around talking. I couldn't tell if there was a supervisor there or not. Drive through was full, and waiting was also full. Multiple customers complained . Waited for what seemed like an hour. It was probably around 40 minutes. I ordered 2 crave cases. Customer service was poor, and service was slower than average . Food was good.
The service could have been better. The wait for our food was longer then what was expected. The place got crowded and it's very small. The drive through was quicker then the people coming in. Night time is not the best to go.
Service is poor took way to long in drive thru not the safest atmosphere for a very long wait, but the food was very very delicious shrimp were great
Seems like every White Castle I visit and choose to eat inside make me feel very rushed. IDK why. I think it's because I have yet to see one that is comfortable and isn't so damn BRIGHT!! LOL
No priority for Uber or doordash orders... waited about 1 hour and order not ready... Definitely not recommended.
The food was so fresh And hot!! Its been a very long time since I received service from white castle like I did today. Thank u for making my smoothie so thick also and my mom says her vanilla milk was amazing!! Shout out to all of you at this location.
