This was the worst fast food I have ever had in my life. The bread was hard and the was stale. You can see in the photo how the cheese was ripped off when I opened the sandwich up. They fries were under cooked and the burger sliders were nasty but at least the bread was soft. I wish I could get a refund, worst $20 I spent for four sliders, two fries, and two drinks
It was a pleasant experience. They were busy with customers in the drive-through, but they were extremely courteous. It is hard to find employees who represent your establishment in a way that represents your brand well. But their attitude displayed kindness and gratitude. In most fast food restaurants, you can't ask for condiments, which are given out upon request, without getting a dirty look. This was a pleasant surprise.

Service was slow only because they only had 3 workers on a Saturday night. They needed help and couldn't keep up with the long lines.
I waited over 20 minutes and paid well over $11 dollars for 5 of the “1921 sliders”, apparently it’s named after the year that they last bought fresh lettuce.
The absolute worst. I'll never come back here again. The drive-thru service sucked and the food was terrible. Onions were still crunchy and cheese not melted. Plus they over charged me and since I was on my way to work, I just took it.
Went here at 1am after the bar.. says open 24 hours. This is the third time I have come here around 1 am and they say "our registers aren't working we are only accepting online and Uber orders" this is ghetto and lazy workers over night. more of a loss for them... losing over $50 in sales and I'm sure the manager doesn't even care..
The White Castles in Home wood, is one of the greatest overnight teams I’ve ever seen. Sometimes they have two guys and one girl And the customer lines in the lobby be packed and they still get orders out fast and on time. You would think that they had a full staff on board I’ve seen other white castles who will remain nameless at this time lol. Have about 6 or 7 people on the staff and only moving about two maybe three orders at a time, and sometimes messing them up lol. But the overnight staff in Homewood gets the job done fast and on time with NO! problem. I’m headed there right now to pick up a DoorDash order.
I asked for two chicken and waffle sandwiches. They gave to chicken sandwiches with cheese. They also forgot my two double cheeseburgers. The only things they go right were the hash browns and the toasted sandwiches I asked for.
