This is by far the slowest place. It honestly is not worth waiting. Straight up 23 is sea burgers, just as good and you can get there eat and be home same price
Much faster. And the server here just don't care. Even the manager stood there. 5min to take my order and 20 min. To fill it. Brings the words FAST FOOD a whole new meaning.
Everyone welcomed our Pharaohs Car Club with open arms! We held our meeting and then celebrated our Kournals birthday. The manager gave him a White Castle T Shirt and a Coca Cola travel carrier!! We we ALL very impressed on how well we were treated by While Castle!!!!
My only complaint is people who come to White Castle for anything other than sliders. That's like going to Hooter's for a salad and a glass of water. Anyhow, what's better than a slider from the Castle? Nothing!
This is the worst, by far White Castle I've ever been to. My buddy's first visit to the chain, well, you lost him for life. Staff was brutal, slow and had to have everything explained 3 times. Simple in restaurant order took over 25 minute to get ready in a not busy restaurant, taking the FAST right the hell out of fast food. As an added bonus we were both very sick about 4 hours later. Burgers were nasty and poorly cooked. Visit was Tuesday March 12 approx 1:30pm.
While they may be slow after 12am, it's certainly worth the wait. All the staff that I've encountered this late have been very friendly, and my food is always hot and fresh this late :) I am always happy after a visit to this white castle.
Slowest fast food place I have EVER been to! And the food was pretty cold when we finally got it. The only reason atmosphere is 5 star, is because there was a lady and her 3 kids there, that made the visit enjoyable. We ended up getting her food and she was totally ok with the mixup (ok with us, not the workers).
This has consistently been the worst white castle location I've ever been to. Staff are rude, belligerent, unwelcoming, and slow as hell. This place routinely has an unmoving line. I've never gotten out in under 30 minutes. It would be different if the staff were apologetic about the wait and friendly, but this team has a bad attitude and very rude. Visit a different location.
Edit: 1/6/23, yet again, worst service ever. Slow as hell, ten car line, staff won't start online orders until you show up, crowd in the lobby just waiting, staff will leave you standing at the counter forever unless you ask to be helped, the place is dirty, and it looks like there is no manager on staff. The only staff member with any sense of urgency and customer service looks like a 14 year old boy.
I am a truck driver. I was delivering to the lowes next door. I was looking forward to getting white castle all day as I drove up from Kentucky. It was gonna be my first hot meal of the day. I tried walking in at 730 pm and a girl ran up and kicked me out saying they were to busy and closing the dining room. I was the only one inside. Luckily there were other options in the area.
