I guess there's a first time for everything because I did not feel nor get sick at all. The food was still hot when I got home, and I had the leftovers the following day. I have no complaints about this location, but it did take a long time for the food to get done.

They brought back the clam strips and they were delicious. I also tried the fish bites for the first time and they are very good. Although the clam strips were small (I think it was from the bottom if the bag) I still enjoyed them.

Double cheeseburger doesn't come with ketchup but they put it on there every time I order. I even put No Ketchup in the notes. Idk why they refuse to leave the ketchup out. 1 star because I get my money back but I would like to have a double cheeseburger with no ketchup delivered to the house instead.

One of the employees seemed to have an attitude if had chipotle sauce. The person seem to think im a regular that i know what the options are.

Needs to be reviewed as they seem to get attitude. Food was okay. Cleaniness needs improve too.

I waited more than 30 minutes for an order. A customer came in from outside to cancel her order because of the extremely long wait. Staff was cordial and professional. Whoever owns this place needs to hire more people. They’re the reason for this unacceptable rating.

This franchise is the 8th wonder of the world. I ate here, and I never ate burgers the same. It was quite a tasty delight for such a low price.

I just left this White Castle a few minutes ago it was my worst experience ever. I was at home depot Picking up a few things and I came a homeless man who hadn't eaten all day so I decided to go get him some food from White castles. I had planned on buying the 10 pack using the app. I walked in the door at 4:02 PM And waited and waited and waited. I was the only person in the store in line. A cooked asked several ladies to take my order. No one even said I will be with you in a few minutes. I yell back to them could you please start cooking the 10 burgers and I will wait for the cashier. No one even acknowledge me. Please fire them all except for the cook who was nice enough to ask them to take my order 4 times. Stay away from this white castles drive to the one Down Boston Road Near Pelham Parkway. I will rewrite this review when I get back home I can't believe I had such a horrible experience at a place I have been going to since I was 6 years old

It's White Castle, you either like it or you don't. This is a good location they get you in and out quick and the employees are cool. 24 hours and it gets a crazy on Friday and Saturday when the clubs and bars shut down.
