First time stopping at this location this location is very clean in both the front of the house and back of the house the staff was very friendly very talkative I've never seen a White Castle so clean the only bad thing is is I went before the lunch rush and they already had sliders premade and they were not warm at all so it kind of really ruined the sliders but definitely willing to give it another chance five stars for the staff three stars for the food
We entered this location and was met with a dirty cluttered counter. I was disgusted to see it continued to the kitchen. Not inviting. This location has yet to impress. There was no customers in sight. So why not clean?
Used the drive through. Person taking the order wasn't pleasant or kind, didn't hide how annoyed they were. If you ask for something (no cheese, add bacon, no onions etc) you'll literally hear him scoff and sarcastically respond that they'll do their best. Then they'll give you burgers with stale bread at room temperature. It literally tastes like they bought White Castle sliders from the freezer section and sold them to me. No wonder I skip this location all the time
The sliders were very delicious and it's the best one I've ever had. It's my favorite now. The fries were really good too. The overall experience is amazing and I'm definitely going back to white castle every time we visit Vegas
Well finally got to try our White Castle. It’s not the same as I remember back in Michigan, but it’s close. Sliders were good, hot and fresh. Pricing is still pretty good.
Staff was super nice and helpful since it has been a while since I have been to a WC.
My issue was more with the cheesecake on a stick I forgot to take a picture but wow this thing was small my son was unimpressed but said it was good.
The cheese fry’s are really good.
Regular fry’s were hot and cooked well.
The cheese sticks were just ok to me the marinara sauce tastes sugary.
The onion chips were also just alright not crispy as you would expect but good with the spicy dipping sauce.
The location seems blah at best almost like it’s incomplete- you have to ask for forks, straws for drinks which is weird that they don’t have anything out to just quickly grab. And it appears that every order is to go.
All in all it was good and priced pretty good for what we got. Will be back to try again.
The team members that work at this White Castle location make it worth stopping alone. They always have a cheerful attitude. Very friendly. Ask about the veteran or local Nevada discount! Excellent food! We will be back for sure. ????????????????????????
This review is specifically aimed at the upper managers and owners of this location and not the regular associates.
I’ll start with the “good”.
The place is clean.
Now the bad…
I’ve visited this location multiple times since it opened. My son loves the fries. My first impressions were that it was definitely White Castle but it wasn’t what I remember from Chicago. The patties seem to be getting thinner and thinner and the bread is usually so soggy that the whole burger falls apart when trying to pick it up. This is while dining in. Which means the food definitely won’t survive the trip home if I were to get it to go.
Unfortunately, the food isn’t the worst part. Every time I visit this location my order is always wrong. Not once has my order been correct. Judging from how the employees are trying their best to accommodate the customers, it’s obvious this stems from a lack of comprehensive training and a lack of good leadership.
The frustration of the employees is palpable. They are working very hard but don’t seem to be getting the support they need to deliver a quality product. This part is an apparent lack of sufficient staff to support a day’s services.
This all stems from the top down. This shows an enormous lack of understanding on how to run a business and how to run a food service business. This can be the only logical conclusion since the issues have not been corrected. Again, this is not a problem with the staff. They are working very hard to fill in the gaps that the management has left for them to deal with.
Because of this, I will no longer be visiting ANY White Castle locations in my area for a while. I’ll try again in a few months to see if the issues have been corrected. Hopefully this is taken seriously, the management takes responsibility for these issues and something is done about it.
being from Southern California, and making a trip to Henderson, we thought well, let's try White Castle. Staff definitely need some help on some smile's, but otherwise the food was good. You have to try the onion chips, those were great!!! good place to stop and get a quick bite to eat.
