The food was made to be as picture perfect as white castle can be made. The team that helped us was personable quick and accurate and the store was very clean. At the end of the day it's white castle but I'll be damned if that isn't one of the best white castles there is.
I was quite impressed by your new automated ordering system at the drive through today. I’m not a fan of the inside do it yourself systems, but this audio system is quick and easy. Your employee at the window(Blue) checked to make sure my order was correct and was extremely friendly. With help being hard to find these days, you are lucky to find a good one.
Overall a great experience!! This was the 1st time I had White Castle ???? in almost 4 plus years, and it brought back awesome memories. I ordered a ten pack of cheeseburgers ???? which my son and I crushed as fast as we could shovel them down our throats ???????????? Two ???????? up!!
This review is mainly for the wonderful woman working the drive through! Her cheery attitude and nonchalant way of saying she'd see me in the morning like I was some regular, and hasn't just met her for the first time made me smile. I wish I'd gotten her name.
Beyond that, the food is what is expect.
The AI at the drive through is a little uncomfortable, but it got things right so I guess no complaints. It did far less to improve my visit than that wonderful lady.
I actually like this location and am happy with it.
The one star review is for the idiots at corporate who've saddled this store with "Julia," the terrible auto attendant in the drive through.
Please listen, you overpaid corporate VP goofballs. You were absolutely snookered by the conmen who sold you this dystopian garbage. Swallow your pride, admit that you were outsmarted by some slick sales presentation and scrap "Julia."
The food was great! They are currently drive-thru only and very busy but they get your order taken quickly, and make your food fresh which makes their line move super fast. The food was hot and delicious. The price is on point and affordable- we ordered a large box with 20 sliders and 4 fries, but their $5.99 meal which includes 4 sliders, fries, and a drink is a great deal.
Susan was the literal light of my life today. My friend and I just ordered a couple of drinks after leaving Tensuke Market and she made sure we didn’t wait too long behind a big order. She had such a bright smile and really carried the atmosphere because the AI ordering system was a little uncomfortable lol. 10/10 would come back to see Susan smile at me again.
I haven't had this food is a few years. I had the opportunity to go recently and the food was just like it was the last time I had it. The Restaurant was very clean and the service was really good.
