Everyone was so festive today. They were laughing and smiling and gave off a really fun atmosphere. I rarely go inside the restaurant itself but today I was on a time crunch, I ordered via DoorDash for a pickup order and the line didn't look like it was moving fast enough.
I can always count on them having tasty smoothies and today I tried the chicken breast sliders with cheese and bacon. They were awesome.
Staff/Manager were amazing. They assisted and gave me a coloring page etc. to assist with the grandkids. They were very attentive to our needs and others. The food was fresh just overall great service.
Only one person taking orders. Had to wait at speaker for a good 5-8 min.. Finally, drove up to window. Very frustrating. Felt bad for the woman working by herself. A mgr should be there covering that shift with her!!!
Theeeeeeeeee longest wait for an order just for them to forget one of my sliders and left out the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks I ordered. I waited in the drive through so long that I decided to just go in. Wrong decision but I could see why it takes so long for orders. The location is pure slow motion chaos. The kitchen staff were doing their best but the manager totally mismanaged the restaurant. The frustration mixed with eff it was clear on their faces. Back to the manager, she too was trying but where she lacked leadership she doubled down in power tripping! It was a pathetic operation. I’m sorry but almost 30-45 minutes for a small order is completely unacceptable
I’m from CO but grew up in IL and was a WC regular. Went back to visit family and was pumped to get me a a few sliders just like the old days. Pulled into the parking lot and there were 4 panhandlers sitting around looking up to no good. I slowed down and realized I’d have to park close to them. While thinking this over one of them got up and started walking to my vehicle already wanting something. I nope’d right out of there and kept going. I’d been looking forward to this for weeks and was utterly disappointed. Found another WC 30 minutes away and went there. WC! Keep the panhandlers out of your parking lot!
The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a mixup in our order, which they fixed quickly. (They were slammed at the time) The bathroom was clean and they had paper towels as a drying option. It's White Castle so the sliders were great! Always best fresh!
Will not return here. We went to the drive thru on a Sunday between 11am and 12. We were the only car in the line and only about 3 other cars in the parking lot. The food took wey too long. When I asked the female employee what the reason was, she rudely said they had to start the grill and shut the window. Only one of the drive thru window's was open. The same rude employee was handling food and money.
Employees here need to lose their attitude. The lady acted like I was putting her out ordering my lunch. Maybe finish school so you don't have to work fast food a hole.
