What a nice white castle! It seemed very clean, the employees were very nice and also very patient when I had to ask questions (I've never eaten at a white castle lol), and they were all just really friendly! I felt very comfortable in this white castle lol. Glad it's on my commute, I'll certainly be back sometime! It's very fun as a little treat.
Siraca shrimp nibblers are a delicious new treat. The White Castle on Ridge is conveniently located for quick snacks. It's clean and uncrowded. Staff is courteous and fast. Self serve beverages and crazy good burgers.
I’ve been using Google maps since it was created, and I rarely leave a review. I came here to simply order a cheesy 10 sack and the employees were rushing me while I ordered. A lady was assisting me at first then when I asked for fries and a man began screaming “what else?!” I confirmed fries and he exploded with all this attitude. I had to argue with him to place my order. I left right away while he argued by himself. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t know how to take an order! True definition of ratchet.
First time trying White Castle, they don’t really have it on the West Coast other than the grocery store frozen ones. This was in June 2021. I got excited and ordered the 10 sliders and 3 mozzarella sticks. Tasted exactly like I envisioned and I understand why there is a movie about it!
Literally the slowest service of a “fast” food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. This location has ineptitude down to a science. I’ve given them more than enough chances by this point and they have disappointed EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!!!!!
This White Castle is dirty on the inside and the outside I place an order through the drive-thru waited for 10 minutes no one came to the window people are just standing around inside. Give me a good long time to look at it the interior of the restaurant as well as the exterior and I decided I didn't want to get food poisoning so I just left whoever owns this you need to hire new staff
Stopped by for a quick bite to eat. Not much going on here yet the place is really dirty. You can tell they rarely sweep & mop if ever. There were tables where customers were long gone that nobody bothered to come out and clean the entire time I was there. Food is decent though, everything came out hot & fresh. Well everything was decent except for the crab cakes which were terrible, but I don't expect real crab cakes from White Castle. The shrimp nibblers were pretty good as well.
What can I say? It's White Castle, cheap food that'll take care of your hunger. This place does need to be cleaned really bad though since I can't even believe they'd pass an health inspection.
The worst place to buy food. takes more than 20 minutes sometimes. (Is totally crazy) the worst stuff they are lazy. Is a shame because White Castle usually is too good.
