Special Valentine's White Castle Event was awesome!!We made our reservations through Open Table and it was a fun night at the Love Castle ! Tableside service and pretty decor! The ladies there greeting and hosting were so fun and the staff in back were busy preparing the food. I would go next year !
I remember going to White Castle as a child and being amazed looking through the windows, and watching how they made those little square burgers. Sadly, these days you don’t see people working on your food like they used to. It seems as though they’re mostly standing around talking or looking at their cell phones, and the service isn’t all that great. We went into White Castle and waited probably about 20 to 25 minutes for our food. The tables were sticky. There was no communication about how long of a wait there would be. The just stood in their little circle. I have to say it sends off a bad vibe. Especially when they could be cleaning those tables or emptying garbage cans that were full. We had too many restaurants close from Covid 19, we don’t need other reasons to close.
This location has to be managed properly. It took 35 minutes for orders to be completed, and the drive-through was backed up almost five cars. Most of them drove off because of the poor service.
There were only four employees during my visit. I enjoyed the food but the lack of employees increased the waiting time to receive your meal.
Ordered online. Should be easy. Left out one burger. And didn't put bacon and ranch on my chicken sandwich. When I went in to get my sandwich they forgot. Manager was yelling at kid employee. Very unprofessional.
Waste of money
I would love for someone responsible to manage this location. Do any adults work at this white castle? If your open till midnight then when people arrive before midnight you don't tell them your no longer talking orders. I hope a grown up sees this review and tells the children they put in charge of their livelihood to remain open till there supposed to be closed.
Wow, is this store dirty. Sadly because it's not very busy. Two employees talking and not cleaning. The fries tasted like cooked in old oil. Sliders very soggy. They do have the nice Coke machine.
Best burgers anywhere! Nothing taste like a white castles burger. Place was very clean, people friendly.
I've been to a handful of White Castle locations. This one was clean, had fantastic service, and DIDN'T make me feel like I was going to get shot. This may be the holy grail of the franchise.
