The cashier was so nice, she patiently waited while we looked thru the menu and needed to figure out how to use our coupons. The food was average, but it came out fast, and she even called our name when the food was done. Always ask for extra seasoning on the fries, and you won't regret it!
Pretty sure you was trying to hide this disgusting mess with all those pickles, cause y'all know you are stingy with pickles. I spend money at white castle a lot, not for me but my kids and this is unacceptable. Glad I threw it in the trash and didn't feed it to my son. If y'all don't like giving out new members of the app free food then quit offering it.
Pros: the staff were really friendly, helpful, and quick
Cons: the burger patties (with the exception of the 1921 slider) are paper-thin, wobbly mystery meat sheets that I could not bring myself to eat. Disgusting! I thought White Castle would be on-par with Braum’s, In-and-Out, or Culver’s, but I was so wrong. This place is so gross. Don’t ever come here!
The restaurant was really dilapidated and dirty, especially the floors.
The food was amazing and they are one of the very few that still has a freestyle coke machine which is handsdown a plus in its own... but the service was slow for them not being busy, the crew didn't seem happy at all to be there, and they seemed rude to another customer or so it seemed to me. Plus the floor was extremely messy with old French fries on the floor under the tables.
I came in from out of state for witnessing the Eclipse of April 8th and since Slider houses are nonexistent in Wisconsin. I was jonesing for some White Castles that are fresh, not frozen.
I was there around 11AM and was shocked seeing the place actually filthy in the eating area. Every table was covered in bits of onions, ketchup stains or crumbs. The floor was equally a mess all over as it had not seen a broom or mop in a couple days. The soda machine was also not clean.
The staff themselves were fine, top notch towards the customers, But you think they could have somebody wipe down the tables, sweep/mop the floor a few times daily .
Plus for the first time at a White Castle, the food wasn't its usually top notch quality (Outside the chocolate shake I had, it was perfect.) But the meat was actually a bit OVER cooked, as if on the grill too long. It was still flavor-able, but over all , I left a tad disappointed , especially in the dining area appearance.
Shame really, I was so happy just to have Fresh Sliders again in a long time. If I could, I'd rate my experience at a 3.5 rating.

Yesterday my husband and I stopped in for a Special! Which is the 10 sack of cheese sliders for $8.99 We also got a large sweet tea
And it was just as I always remember it to be.
This specific location is one that I've visited throughout my life. It would be my home castle And in my opinion none of the other White castles in Indianapolis compare to this one and it's service. I have many fond memories My family and I used to stop and get White castles and go to the tibbs Drive-In It was a tradition of ours for many years, Yesterday I got to relive this tradition and I just want to say they did not disappoint!! I always ask for extra pickle on my sandwiches other White castles give you A lot of grief about this They did not They did it exactly like they always have
Side note for corporate! When we ask for extra pickle we want a bite of pickle in every bite. I personally don't feel like that's too much to ask. The pickles are delicious ????
It's always clean! The food is always right They do not discourage or give attitude when you ask for special things. They do it the way White Castle has always done it and in my opinion the right way! I was extremely satisfied with my visit and I wanted to take a couple moments of my morning to just say thank you to the team for their wonderful service!! You take pride in your job and it shows!! Better yet Let me state that it stands out It makes a huge impact Even if everyone else doesn't see it people like me appreciate it more than you know!!!! I also want to state that the manager on duty was present And she too took a lot of pride in her job!!!!
The young man working the window was very polite and patient. It started to get busy and none of them acted out stressed or annoyed!!!
So again thank you for the experience! I look forward to the next time ????

To start half the things on the menu were unavailable. They tooook forever, while we were in line 2 cars left the line after ordering. The employees seem to move real slow. Took them about 5 min to return with my card. For sure expected to wait about 30 min to get your food.
