A very dirty, run down white castle with food and garbage on the floor, both in the customer area and behind the counters.
While you know what you're getting into with white case food, it is always disheartening how bad it is. It tastes bland and sad, and it's only redeeming quality is the cheapness of certain items.
Go to another fast food place in the area
I purchased the impossible burger, and as always, I loved it. I really don’t live close to White Castle, but anytime I’m near one, I’ll always stop and get a sandwich. this trip I picked up three of them.
I’ve been a fan of White Castle for years. I was in the Columbus, Ohio, area and decided to stop, and as usual, I wasn’t disappointed. A lot of my friends don’t like White Castle because they’re used to the traditional burgers, but I won’t pass up without stopping.
Food is always good. The burgers are pretty much the same each time I stop. It’s a chain restaurant, so you would expect that.
My order was placed through the drive-through. White Castles is like any other drive-through restaurant you go to. You pull up to the speaker, order your food, drive to the window, and pay to get your food. You drive away and eat your food.
I had the impossible slider, with a Diet Coke and onion chips. All three tasted yummy, and I would recommend at least stopping once to give it a try.
After receiving the wrong order- I went back expecting a fight to correct their mistake. Instead I was met with an apology and proactive customer focused grade A service. Thank you India for making it right
Staff was very rude food was awful definitely won’t be back my dog won’t even eat this trash.
Kinda ghetto in a ghetto setting, but I praise the Burger Gods that White Castle still lives. You see, they got rid of all the White Castles up near Cleveland! ????
Food was tasty and fast but the burgers are so tiny. I should of ordered more. There was hardly anyone inside so they made our burgers fresh. That was cool. The service was ok but I thought they would be more enthusiastic to serve us. I really enjoyed their drink selection. Crinkle fries were nice compared to other chains that have different varieties.
Drive thru was only option to get sliders late at night. Busy location with few staff meant waiting 30 minutes to get food. While I’ve waited longer for worse food the overall experience left a blad impression.
