I don't post many reviews but with this I have too. I know this place gives me quick and fast service. But it's also late at night or in the evening. I went there twice on a Sunday morning at 7:00 a.m. and unfortunately that crew does not have it together. Please give them more training or give them more help!!! They probably could use both.
Just left White Castle on 95th and Jeffrey, so disappointed in the way the Manager an older gentleman that was making fun of my 23 year old son who has Autism. He should be setting an example for his staff and treating all customers the same. My son is high functioning with his own personal perks. He needs to learn human compassion. Loss my appetite after that.
Made Order Out of Chaos! It was a Late Night and the Drive-thru was WRAPPED. PLUS we put in for like 40+ W/ Mixed Cheeses & some Other Stuff Too! They was On Point Though & got us out of there... GREAT JOB!
My food was delicious! The drive thru wait was longer than I wanted, but it was worth every minute. I am so pleasantly surprised after not eating at White Castle in years. My new favorite place!
I don't know if WC has changed they oil they are using or switched the company for their products; either way the food is nasty. It leaves a terrible after taste and you can't drink their beverages with the food. This is not just a recent situation the products have been tasting this way for quite a few years. I used to love the shrimp and fish nibblers; but now, the only thing I have been able to eat is a breakfast sandwich with egg only.
They put bacon on my 1921 slider when I NEVER asked for it. I DON'T EAT PORK!!! I am so tired of complaining about incorrect orders at fast food places. These people don't care about your order, they just wanna get back to scrolling on their phones - I see them! Imagine if we stopped spending our money with these poorly performing franchises ... they would be forced to shape up or ship out!
Food was ok but they didn't have the 1921 burger I wanted and they don't have the new menus that you talk to like other white castle establishments, they didn't ask if I wanted sauce so my food could've been better
Cashier was very polite and courteous. However, the food was bad ????. I ordered the number 2 (2 double cheese burgers no onions extra pickles meal and 2 chicken ring sandwiches). The burgers taste as if the were not cooked to completion and they were just not good at all. Everything else was ok.
