Waited in line for over 20mins for 6 sliders and two fries. When I got my food, my bun wasn't even on my sandwich and it was stuffed down the box, fries were cold as well. The people behind me got their orders before I got mine. Not sure if it was even worth it, oil was old that they used to cook the food in too. Thumbs down on that visit today.

Manager Jessica and her Team 41 are Absolutely Amazing! I placed a $110 very large order through DOORDASH and once I arrived to pickup my order on behalf of Freeman Tire and Automotive, it wasn't ready because the dash ticket was never sent to the store. Jessica helped me find my order on my Dash Account and VERIFIED that payment had been made, she also verbally discussed my order with Doordash on the phone and was able to get them to resend my ticket order. Jessica's store was absolutely slammed with business at the time but she 100% handled the situation like a Champion and not only prepared such a large order but got every single item correct! When some establishments would have been stressed, hateful, rude or simply would have just turned me away, Jessica never once treated me poorly. She was very warm, friendly, helpful and absolutely made me feel comfortable in her establishment! I am Highly Impressed with her and her crew! So, if you see this review Jessica, I appreciate you and your entire crew and on behalf of all the mechanics at Freeman Tire and Automotive that you made very happy this morning THANK YOU SO MUCH and we will see you again in the near future! YOU GUYS ROCKED IT!!!
Called store having problems with my cup the ink is coming right off of it employee Hung the phone up on me good food but dissipating tonight plz fix cups !!!!!
Spent $24 dollars on sliders and they were ALL soggy! Disgusting. Wasn’t even able to finish eating because it was so nasty. And called to complain about it, and whoever answered was rude and decided to just hang up after we stated we don’t want a refund or the food replaced. It was nasty and will not return ???? She also conveniently couldn’t find the order I was talking about even though I was there not even 10 minutes ago!
Overall I just think the food at white castle isn’t good. Nothing against the people working there, they were all pleasant and great. More against the quality of food the company sells. 3/5

We are from South Texas and ended up pulling a Harold and Kumar for White Castle in Indianapolis on a charter bus after hours. We had 43 high schoolers who were dying to try White Castle for their time. After 2 other locations not allowing us to come in or at least talk to us, the Shelby St location were the only ones that showed us some compassion. They were the ONLY ones willing to open their doors for us after their lobby was closed and allow our kiddos to place their to-go orders. That crew was AWESOME and COURTEOUS to us even though they were still working the drive-thru and down to just a few employees at the time. These kids had a wonderful time as some enjoyed their White Castle sliders right away on the bus ride, and others waited to get back to the hotel. A BIG SHOUT OUT to the Saturday (3/23) night crew.

When I was there and going through the drive-thru they accidentally put the wrong. cheese on my Burger so she made me another one really fast and then left me with the others cuz I said I've never had that before just to let me try it and I thought that was really nice always willing to take care of the customer
Didn't take long with drive thru. Staff answered questions and knew their menu. Food was hot and tasty.
