The food is ok if they fix it right but the service is poor. Need more help and better trained. We used to go to their stores and find 8 people in line but it moved fast and the ladies didn't move in slow mo like they do now. And they need to put more onions and water on the grill so we get a nice moist number like always before. I would rather pay .05 or .10 cents more then give up speed and being served right. And closing at 11pm???
Why because it's easier then to do it right. Sad isn't it?
We did the Valentine's Day "Special" dinner. Made a reservation to let them know that we'd be customers. It wasn't crowded at all. We were greeted when we got there. The manager took our order rather than having to place the order at the counter. The decorations were a very nice touch. The food was good. We especially liked the Shrimp Nibblers. The "night out" was fun. The size of the meal was perfect for us. It's a fun thing to do, Valentine's Day Special at the Castle.
I'm never going here again. They we EXTREMELY rude, ignored me constantly, when I wanted to check my bag to see if everything was in there, a girl working the drive thru said" everything was there, don't be rude, and move up now." Ohhhh.. They really p. me off. Also, 65% of the time, they don't pay attention to what I order and get it wrong! This is truly the WORST White Castle I have ever been to!! Do better or I promise you'll have no customers left with the way you guys have been treating people!
I was SO disappointed. I love their 1921 burgers but these were coldish, had no onion, had sick looking lettuce, I ordered a fish with no cheese and it had double cheese, and when I asked for tartar sauce got only mayo. Stupid little things but we were the ONLY customers and the crew of three looked absolutely confused about what needed to be done! You could see about 30 sliders on the grill and they were... just there with the grease gelling up....
Food was white castle. If you had it you know. Nothing special but the craving was there so it hit the right spot. Place was clean. For it to empty inside though tye service was lacking. The food wasn't the freshest. All the same it killed that Castle craving.
I downloaded the app and I got a really good coupon. I was able to get four original sliders, a fry and soda for free. While I was there I noticed how clean their dining room was and they had it decorated for the new graduates. They had red white and blue theme all through the dining room. It was very nice to see a fast food place decorated. The bathrooms were also really clean. The woman at the counter was friendly and efficient. They had a lot of people in the Drive-Thru and quite a few people inside the restaurant and they were working effectively to get everybody taken care of. I would highly recommend this location if you are in the area and you like White Castle
Guy dose not wash hands when trying to make new food and just played on this phone while there was a line in the drive through he attempted to make my food with the same gloves until I said something
Another White Castle that claims its lobby is open and lets you order on the app yet you get there and the doors are locked! At 10AM! Thanks guys, this is a consistent issue here!
