Can we run to Kroger and grab some bread. This store from 3am serving chewed up baby food, 37.00 order and all we had was the drinks cause I couldn't eat this apparent gumbo slider. I'm definitely a regular and have even tipped at the window for good service before because I was surprised. Won't happen again I guess they don't need my cash????????♂️
I had to wait in the drive through for over 30 minutes to get food that was dried out and old. How is that possible? ???? I was really disappointed ???? when I gave the cashier a tip and when I drove a way to realize my food was old, reheated or refried. So disappointed!
The girl taking orders put it in wrong. Almost messed up the entire order. Once the food finally got out to us, it was good. But, it took over 20 minutes to get the food after we paid. She also wasn't very friendly.
Waited in line for 20 min to pick up a delivery and then was told that it was already picked up. Have people confirm pick-up guys, its hurting those of us that actually serve your guests. Also employee coughing allover food
The employees are very friendly, and very Detailed and thorough when it comes to making sure you're order is correct and timely
Came in around 10am dec 30th to enjoy some breakfast before work, but received cold, nasty, un cooked, poorly served food that my dog would turn his nose up to, this is not the first time & for the lines to be extremely long I expect hot fresh food, & not stale food that’s been under a heater since the day before.
When the crave sets in, only one place can satisfy. Unreal how good cheddar cheese tastes on the standard slider! Well prepared food, good value, sort of slow delivery process (probably to be expected when everyone wants the same thing.) Good experience overall.
It took over 20 minutes to receive my order. 6 piece chicken combo. Plus the lady at the register was kind of rude. 2 orders after me received their's before me.
