For them to be 24 hrs it seems as though around a certain time they are out of everything. Tonight it was “I can’t take orders for 7-10 mins because the system is rebooting.” Although the car in front of me got there at the same time and pulled around as if they had ordered. The other day they wasn’t doing any fried foods. Couple days before they wasn’t doing breakfast foods. I only keep going back because I live around the corner and it’s the only thing open when I get off of work. At this point they don’t have to worry about me ever coming back.

Placed order in drive through because lobby doors were locked. repeated order about three times. Pulled around were it was only two cars ahead of me sat there for twenty minutes exactly and the first car had not moved but kept passing bags back and forward through the window so I left didn't get any food glad I had not paid. Ordered #11, 1, and a six piece chicken ring don't know the price because the worker just said pull around

When I, Polar Bear, show my backside I am not happy. Basically we waited over 15 minutes for our food, our entire order was wrong and the lobby was filthy. The Manager was phoning it in.

Plus our food was hot.

DO NOT ORDER HERE, DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME! Idid a door dash and my order was horrible. Slider was overcooked and cold smh, Breakfast sandwich wasn't toasted, I never received my ooey gooey cake, and I'm afraid to eat it

The lady at the window 5/17/2024 Caucasian lady maybe mid 30's was very sweet everything was fresh couldn't find my card she was very patient with me

This is the worst White Castle in the city. The wait is at least 10 to 15 minutes just to place your order if you’re lucky. A place like this doesn’t deserve my monies. I’ll go to this location again. And will ask my family and friends to join me and do the same.

I asked for extra pickles and the sandwiches were terrible. One had onions and the other didn't. I never said no onions. The fries were supposed to have season salt on them but I had to twlk him again at the window after repeating my order 3times at the speaker. And this is the second time they ruined my food. Last time I asked for extra pickles and didn't get not one pickle on my sandwiches. At this point I will not be going to white castles anymore.
