This sandwich shop is always very consistent and I guess for me that's the most important thing. I'm a Turkey ranch sandwich guy and always the same taste the same flavor, and that's just what I need to taste in the food that I ordered. Staff is always on top of it, and get your orders out quick, and are always very friendly.
I've never been to one of these restaurants so had very little expectation going in. One thing that struck me immediately about Which Which is that you can order a sandwich w/ fries & a milkshake. This seems like a no-brainer for me, since sometimes I'm looking for an option that's a bit healthier than a cheeseburger but includes all the extras (I'm only fooling myself here).
Anyway, Which Which is A-OK. I'd suggest sticking to the smallest sized sandwich unless you have a decent sized appetite.

We ordered 3 sandwiches that came to a total of $42. My sandwich was an Extreme BLT. It’s really hard to screw up a BLT because the only meat that it has is Bacon. We get home and I open up my sandwich to a flopping mess of Lettus, Tomato, Mayo and BACON BITS! OMG! What kind of a roaring imbecile makes a BLT sandwich with Bacon BITS made for salad topping. Figuring and hoping it was just a bad mistake with a new employee that knows NOTHING about sandwiches (working at a sandwich place) The guy tells us their menu changed and they no longer have full slices of bacon…???? So he’s telling me they made a conscious decision to make an Extreme BLT with Salty Bacon Bits. Never again.. I don’t trust anyone that stupid to handle any of my food. If you don’t have Bacon STRIPS….. TAKE IT OFF THE MENU MORONS!
The manager at this location is awesome! She provides such amazing service. She is always so friendly and and knowledgeable , plus the store is always extremely clean. I drive the extra 15 minutes to this particular location because of the amazing service.
If you’re trying to get a quick lunch this isn’t the place out of my 30 minute lunch I only had 5 to actually eat. Iv been wanting a sandwich and this wasn’t the place to go to. The store was dirty and empty when I walked in the first man to take my order was nice but the one who handed it to me looked and talked like he was done with life. The sandwich didn’t taste good and barely had any ingredients. What was on there wasnt the best quality either. It was a waste of my time and money
Absolutely love this place! I have never had a bad sandwich here. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, especially for my elderly mother-in-law who brings her own gluten free rolls in!
Multiple bad experiences, snarky employees, slow service even when you are only customers. Just avoid this place. I Always come on my lunch and it takes more than 35 min to get a sandwich. They don’t even bother to greet customers.
The ordering process is annoying and unnecessary. They make you take a marker that everyone touches and check boxes on a bag to make your order.
My wife and I came in for lunch and the restaurant was empty. We should have just turned around then. We see the markers and bags. There are two bags one to create your own and one for the sandwiches featured on the menu. The only bags that were stocked were for build your own. I approached the register to order and I'm told to go back and fill out a bag. I tell the employee they're out of the correct bags. He says to just write my order on a bag in a blank spot. We left.
Just take the order. Why add the step of handling dirty markers before you eat a handheld food item. Why have me write my order over top of text on the wrong bag. The most successful sandwich shops all have something in common: you just order what you want at the counter. How will they ever have a drive through with this system? Why add a step to a proven system that works?
Just take the order. It's a sandwich. Maybe you'll have people start eating there if they don't feel like they need a clipboard to get started.
