Andrew wasVery friendly the cab was extremely clean and it was luxurious Ride.the second time I went I felt so safe I slept 40 minutes to my destination becky was very helpful funny and easy to talk to. Doesnt matter where your going or what your doing they mind their buisness and they mind it well. Mark my words this will become the top this year Would recommend to anyone. Came at 1 am to help me help a friend.and no questions asked she was there in 30 mins.
Wheeler Taxis saved my life when I couldn’t get an Uber to the airport! I called 1 hour before I needed a ride and he was there in 12 minutes. Mr. Wheeler was incredible kind and helpful. The ride with very clean, safe, and flexible. I wanted to stop to get something and he drove 3 different places for me to find what I needed. I can’t say enough great things about this service! I highly highly recommend them! Best taxi experience I have ever had by far.
A very nice respectful company that goes out of their way to help people in need at times I can't say enough about him. These guys are great.
We used the service last year a couple times and for the most part it was fine. Certain times we couldn't get a hold of anyone and once a gentleman was extremely rude. We are back in the harbor this year and my wife and I noticed the gentleman that drove us once eating lunch. This obese man is rude , his hygiene is horrible and using the cellphone swerving all over the road. My wife told me not to bother writing a review but the following week a wonderful lady drove my wife and I and she assured us that he wouldn't drive for them next year. I hope not.
Can't say enough good things about our driver Kim. She was great! We were a large group of 12 friends staying in Boothbay Harbor for a few nights and used the taxi both Friday and Saturday to get to and from the hotel. When we called she was there within minutes, drove half of us to where we were going and promptly returned for the rest of us. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Thank you Kim for working the late shift.
Wheelers Taxi are seriously so amazing, at a time when I needed some real help and was feeling the pressure wheelers saved the day. Jim was my driver on a last minute emergency trip to the airport, I was in tears and Jim kept cool and calm and even managed to have me smiling ear to ear by the end of my ride. He is a great driver knows alot about the area. I would suggest this service to anyone who needs a safe reliable ride in the Boothbay Harbor area.
Andrew arrived on time, was very friendly w a good sense of humor. Took us to the Botanical garden and back.

I called on Friday to book a taxi for Saturday from our campground to Boothbay Harbor. I was told that I couldn’t book due to the short distance but it wouldn’t be a problem if I called the next day. When I called on Saturday I was told they were fully booked for the day. This was very frustrating considering what I had been told. I understand that we were only going a short distance, but we are seniors and my husband cannot walk far. We didn’t bring a car because we thought it would be easy and more convenient to get a taxi. Boy were we wrong.
