I’m hoping that this just was a bad set of circumstances, but the visit did not go well. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and the staff seem very stand off to the customers. It was almost as if they were doing us a favor by coming to work. The food was average, I have had better at other Whataburger restaurants. The register employee needs more training, he seemed confused, and not sure of himself. All in all this was not a great visit.

The burgers were good. The fries crisp yummy. The sweet tea was not spoiled.

The staff was chaotic and busy. They had uniforms on, but some looked liked like they had been worn to a mud fest.

We asked for ketchup and the girl counted two tubs each. No questions asked that was there limit. With that said, I can wear my favorite 5 year old stained t-shirt and spend less money in my own kitchen , have a superior burger with all the ketchup I want.

1:51 in the morning and Ethan (the young man at the window) should be the Spokesman for good service. Very nice person, very efficient, and well spoken. Food is always good, but it always makes the experience better when you get service like we used to many years ago. You don’t see that too often anymore.

We had double burger and fries. We were hoping for the Dr pepper shake but the entire shake service was not working.. my crew was very bummed because I had talked about the shake for the last two weeks.

We had called the store about a hour earlier to see if the Dr pepper shake would be available. So we were disappointed.

The cheese burger was excellent. Probably one of the best burgers we had the entire week.

We were very happy about the burgers being BIG!! I enjoy it very much. Fried were good too.

I am dying to grab breakfast there.

Got in and there was a sweet couple that said they had been waiting for over 15 minutes. They ended up leaving because the manager on duty refused to help them after they patiently waited and you could tell he was actively ignoring his lobby. I understand being short staffed but you don’t ignore your customers.

The crew at 4pm was on point! Our family was really needy and asked for unconventional sides and other questions. Every service asked for was met with a smile and without annoyance. The crew also seemed busy, the good attitude is appreciated!

The food here is usually pretty good, however they will at times have a limited menu. During spring break they got rid of a number of options on their menu, including the chicken sandwich which is my usual order. They said it was to accommodate the Spring break crowd, and I thought that was really odd as I have not experienced this at another fast food place before. So during this time I didn't go there at all.

Aside from that, the service going through the drive-through is incredibly slow. I spent close to an hour last time waiting in the drive-through and there weren't even many people in line. After getting to the window, it was clear they were understaffed, which was causing long wait times.

I'm not eaten there in quite a few years, but it was actually extremely good. The burgers were excellent and the drive-through. What's better than most. I wish I could say more but it's fast food and I like it simple the. Reason we go there.
