This was my 2nd time eating at a Whatabuger. Overall, it was a great cheeseburger. I ordered it with everything on it with french fries and a chocolate shake. I compared the regular ketchup to the spicy ketchup. I have never had spicy ketchup and found it to be delicious.
The food was definitely hot and made to order. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. Just for some reason the fries aren't good. They do have good shakes. Also the staff is really nice and knowledgeable. That's a plus. 4 stars for atmosphere because the lobby is usually a little messy, which it was.
It is a friendly atmosphere. Weather you live in Ardmore or traveling down I-35 stop in and get a hot meal or even a salad. If you have a kid try the options on the kids menu. If you are in a hurry try using the whataburger app.
You won't be able to use this review too often as I didn't have a burger at Whataburger. I decided to try the grilled chicken sandwich. ????
As far as a plain chicken sandwich, it was good. Chicken patty was pretty dense and firm. Flavor was good but it was a little dry. Adding some mayo and ketchup helped. Of course, I also added cheese.
Location can be tricky to get to if you're coming from the wrong direction (like from the Ross parking lot) but was easy when getting off of the freeway.
Easy parking, open bathrooms and self-serve fountain drinks.

Good food but staff weren't communicating to customers. I think they were short staffed but never said anything about it. They had my food sitting in the window for 10 minutes looking for Ketchup and salt.
Food was good. Service was soooooooo slow. Had to run out and move vehicles with half the place so not to get blocked in by delivery truck.
Worst service experience ever cashier doesn't have any idea regarding the food and prices ask why it's charging over price she had no clue and the manager on duty didn't even bother to come up front and take a look at it. Her response was my boss doesn't know either. We left without ordering the food and went to McDonald's across the street.
We waited in the drive thru line for about 40 minutes and then when we finally get to the ordering window, she tells us to go inside. When we tried to go inside, the door was locked and we had to wait like 15 minutes just to get someone to open the door. And when we finally got to order, the lady forgot our shake and when we asked her where it was at, she replied "oh we forgot about you" and gave it to us like 10 minutes later.
