Very clean, friendly service and probably the best fries and burger I have had in a long time! The patty melt is everything people say it is! Wow. And the Dr. Pepper shake! Huge and delicious. I only wish they had a Whataburger in Pinellas county Florida!
This is a brand new location in a well-needed spot. Open 24 hours Aunt exactly what the area needed. Definitely give it a try
Easily some of the best customer service and atmosphere I've had at a fast-food place in recent memory, period. We were greeted upon entering, and the customer service was great throughout. They brought us our food and ready with a smile. The person who is just at us, Orion, I had one of the best characters and attitude That I've encountered in a good while. The entire meal and visit were Top Notch. The food is very, very good overall, and the vegetables on the burgers were crispy and fresh. All around, it was an exceptional experience, and I don't go sit down and fas- food places very much because this is not normal. Great job Whataburger!
You people need to get it together im a nice person and use to work in the restaurant buissness. and I sat in line for 6-10 minutes and the guy that just drove up to the other side got service before me. I’m 22 I don’t complain but then you guys gave me a strawberry shake that tasted like straight strawberry syrup. Disgusting. Didn’t get my side of fries and you take the time to ask me what sauce I want and then don’t put it in the bag. Won’t be returning. Terrible and the stupid onion rings were the worst soggy thing I’ve ever had. Also got served rotten dark lettuce.
I could sooner get escargot, Maine lobster tail, and a succulent ribeye served quicker than some WhataWings and onion rings.
Been at the 2nd window for 5 minutes now. Still no food or drink. But there are 3 ppl standing around.
As I was typing this, the manager said he was going to comp my meal. That’s an incredibly nice gesture with customer service, I would just love for the food service and sense of urgency to be better. I’m able to pay for my own meal, but I don’t want to spend five or more minutes and a line just to get some onion rings.
Service : Everyone is very kind and respectful. I ordered 3 #13's( one with gravy) ; gravy was runny at first , however, they fixed it with no problems. I do feel like they need more employees because at least 8-9 cars came back to back ????
Food : Onion rings , fries , bread, gravy, sweet tea were all great !!!
The only problem was that some of the chicken was just crispy and hard . Overall taste was really good
( I had more onion rings. I just ate them fast, lol)
So I walked inside and no one was at the counter. Another customer walked up also and had been waiting forever for her order. Once this lady did come she had an attitude and was extremely rude. The customer told her I had been here waiting and she continued to ignore me I had to start giving my order and then she gave a rude look. after I was done giving my order, she didn’t say anything just continued to walk away and hide in the back. On the receipt it says” TY “ but, unless TY is a black female then that would be the person. This place use to be very good. The food was fresh and the orders were correct. Sad to see how bad it’s doing now.
If I could give zero stars I would. I’m 28 weeks pregnant, I ordered the chicken strip sandwich. I asked for NO honey bbq to be on it and a side of buffalo. When we finally made it to the window to pay and get our order (after a 30 minute wait in line), the employee asked if I’d like any condiments. I said yes can I please get some buffalo sauce. They said “oh I’m sorry I thought you wanted that on the sandwich “ I said yes I do want it on there, if it’s already on there, thank you. They stated it was. I get home and find that it is not on there and they gave me honey bbq on it. When I called, the person I spoke with said to come back up. I told her I’m not waiting in a long line again for their mistake to be corrected and the weather is terrible. So they hung up. The customer service was is horrible. The line shouldn’t be 30+ minutes long at a fast food drive thru restaurant. This is absolutely one I will never go to again. If I'm spending 40.00 on dinner, I expect it to be correct.
