I wish I could give it a ZERO ALL THE WAY AROUND. Got our food and the food was all wrong the burgers were rotten but the fries were hot. So I look at the receipt and it says it’s from 22 hours ago! Midnight last night. So they have the audacity to put warm fries with rotten burgers and ice in the warm drinks that had been sitting there all night. I’m pregnant so I could have gotten extremely sick if I ate this. I’m so glad I didn’t. Terrible. They should be ashamed of themselves. Karma will do its justice.
The anger that I feel in my heart that it doesn’t take rocket science to make fast food yet clearly it does??!?! Everytime I order I swear something is wrong and my dumb self always gives them the benefit of the doubt but tonight I’m done! I know good and god d A M n well I did not wait 25 minutes for 4 things 2 shakes small one vanilla one strawberry

I waited 25 minutes and my food was cold!!!! My shake wasnt even full and I didn’t even get my god damn sauce and of course it’s after 10:30 so no one is answering the phone! I live down the street so I didn’t even bother to check because k just waited so long! I’m so upset like this makes no sense at all not only have I worked food my whole life working I own a whole business and this is just unacceptable like y’all have an imagine to withhold but yet people are hired who don’t even care enough to check the smallest stuff. Times are hard and we all work hard for our money and our time is valuable like tonight was completely ridiculous and when asked what’s going on all the dude said was were backed up like dang you would’ve thought I ordered a fried chicken sandwich! Highly upset
As a note, this was the first time I’ve visited this store. In general, I don’t understand the option of mobile orders if I can’t go in the store and pick it up. It was about 2:30am on Sunday (5/19) and most stores are available to walk in and pick up your mobile order, not this one. I ordered a bacon steakhouse double meal and got severe food poisoning. I’ve eaten at Whataburger since I was a kid and have never had an issue. Not sure if anyone had this issue, but please do better with your food handling and safety.
Onion Rings tastes really bitter. Tastes like old frying oil. Don't order onion rings.
I guarantee nobody leaving these reviews has ever worked in food service, so ima be straight up. As a line cook, this night crew was awesome. Whole parking lot was filled with cars at 12 pm at night, and the employees were working hard, helping each other AND still seemed like they were having some fun, great environment, even better food. Don't be upset for waiting when you pull up to a whataburger and the lot is full, cause what did you expect?
There is a 50/50 chance the hashbrowns will be burnt, the honey butter chicken biscuits will be dry as hell, and the quality of the food is NEVER consistent. Disappointing because I love whataburger...
But there have been SEVERAL times when I ask for extra honey butter to mitigate potential lack of it, get charged for the cup, only for it to never be put in the bag.
Had an order delivered from your store and it was taking longer than usual driver text me and let me know that manager on duty was giving him a hard time and that he was running behind because of this. So I called the store to see what the problem was and was first lied to by her saying they were waiting on frys which I ordered onion rings. Then when I called her out on her lie she said whatever and hung up on me. This was horrible customer service. Food finally arrived and it was cold and not up to standard. This manager has no customer service skills and should be fired and I want my money back spent 50 on trash
Drive thru employee's were polite and positive even late at night and busy as all get out. My Just-A-Burger was AMAZING. By far the best I've ever had from any What-A-Burger. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone.
