I hate that I have to give them a 3 star overall. Food is always great but you WILL wait a good 30-45 minutes for your food. We have been numerous times. Not to mention, I used their app to order our food to avoid this very situation and I paid using the app. However, when we got to the location, we were told their online orders weren't coming through and I ended up not only having to pay for it a second time, but my first order involved me redeeming a reward. So, I paid $10 more for them to make a second order and we still waited.
Friendly at the window and did not feel rushed. Food was a little slow but they informed us when ordering. Everything was good and hot. I paid for cheese on my pregnant wife's spicy chicken sandwich but it was not on it. This was a major negative because I love Whataburger and I want her to love you guys also but you seem to make a mistake with hers for our last two visits...same location. We could come more often!
Drive thru worker was very kind, which these days seems to be a rare find. I don't think I have ever been to Whataburger and have to turn around or call due to my order being incorrect. Best burgers, big burgers I can usually only eat half.
So it's March 31st and for the last couple of weeks I have noticed that there is a light-skinned black chick who works between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 8 a.m. and she just looks miserable and looks like she hates her job and gives out hard biscuits and is just not very friendly and the vibe is just weird. I've been coming to this Whataburger for 6 years and maybe it's just a temporary thing but they usually always have good employees.
Very bad experience at this Whataburger. Husband was in Bethany on his way home and decided to grab food (we don’t live in Bethany). They handed him a bag and didn’t say anything else so he thought everything was in there and drove home. When he got home he realized that they had only given him drinks. I called up there to see about getting a refund because we couldn’t make it back up there the same day. Manager said that we would need to come back up there to get a refund (which is fine) but claimed it would have to be that same day or they couldn’t do a refund. We could not make it back up there the same day so now we are going to have to file a claim with our bank since we didn’t receive the food that we paid for. We would have also settled for replacement food the following day but manager didn’t offer that either. Sadly, very poor customer service and I do not recommend this Whataburger.
I feel that this location Whatburger is a social experiment. Let's see how long we can make the drive-thru customers wait, and then hand them food that's not even fresh and see how they react. Waited 25 minutes for my order today, the food I was handed was not hot & fresh. So what was I waiting on? If this was a one-time thing I wouldn't mess with writing this, but it's not. I will actually be contacting the "how did we do" on the receipt.
The service of the Whataburger is horrible. Most times I have come here, they get my order wrong. They also take forever to get your food to you. I have sat at the drive through for over 20 minutes waiting for Mt food. I would say they could be understaffed, but that is not the issue as they usually have at least 5 or 6 employees working there whenever I have been there. It is really just that slow.
The guy at the drive thru only says "Is that it?".
What happened to decent customer service?
He also didn't bother asking what size we want and is rude.
