It took some time to get my order. They were not busy until after I had gotten there then seven cars pulled behind. I was given fries instead of onion rings like I asked. But I was only charged for fries. The melt was fresh and tasty. Just all the sauces were smack in the middle of the burger. I give the boy at the window 5 stars because he's very polite. I've been there in a window, high volume and even though he's stressed. He shouldn't be so stressed and worried if he's going to make a mistake. It happens. There were people walking around the parking lot behind my truck. Kind of sketchy. But over all it was good. I'd post a pic of my burger except it's in my belly ❤️
Kid in the window: your not going to make everyone happy, your going to make mistakes. It happens. I did it for 11 years. You do the best you can with what you got. Don't be so hard on yourself. Your doing an amazing job ????????
Horrible location we waited in the drive thru lane for 40 minutes the young female worker was very rude and not apologetic for the wait so just shrugged and said okay. I just don’t understand why it takes that long for food we could have gone to a sit down restaurant and get better service for the same price just without the tip. They should really re evaluate the team they have working there it embarrassing.
The food and service was good. The place was crowded and could have used a good cleaning. There were too many employees walking around for the customers to have to clean their own tables.
Never had issues. Clean, hot food, order always correct, until the other evening. We went through the drive-thru instead of ordering ahead on the app. I was at the pick-up window and had been there five minutes waiting for my food. But I wouldn'tt complain because I know they cook it fresh . I watched as the employee walked out to a truck parked at the corner, just ahead of me, and handed him a bag. After a couple of minutes, the man handed the bag back to her. She then handed him another bag. After a minute, he drove away. She re-entered the establishment and brought the first bag to the employee at the window. That employee then attempted to hand the bag to me.
I obviously refused to accept the food. I explained to the window person that I witnessed the other employee give that bag to the truck. The other employee denied she did such a thing. Again, I watched her do this, as did my adult daughter, who was with me. So the window person again tried handing me the bag. I said no. The other person had the bag long enough to open the sandwiches, lick the fries, and put the dressing on the salad.
At this point, both employees became obnoxious and angrily took the bag and told me to pull up to the corner where the truck had been parked. At which time I did. I also called the customer service department while I I waited, again. Ten minutes, then 15. Finally, the employee handed me my bag and, without a word,walked away. I continued on the phone with my complaint.
In the end, I didn't eat the food. It was very cool to the touch, and I do mean cool. AFTER 15 MINUTES IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARCOAL! It was obvious they just handed me the original bag and walked away.
So I received an email from the manager saying she was sorry.

You need to train your employees better. If they expect to be paid then you should expect them to work and be honest while doing so.
It looked as if someone punched the burger with their fist. The salad had been shaken badly, tossing it all to one side of the bowl and the ranch dressing was missing.
NEVER AGAIN!
hit or miss but usually mid. my favorite experience here was ordering a cinnamon roll and receiving a patty in a box- solid 6/10
The absolute slowest of any fast food restaurant. It takes 40 or more minutes from ordering food to receiving your order. Management does not have this place together.
I love the chicken strip dinner the best. But my all-time favorites is seasonal it's the fish dinners.
All the food there is good and fresh , the unsweetened tea is the best.always.
Lately they have been pretty good. I order on the app most of the time and I have had to go in a few times for my food but for the most part they are on top of things!
