Just got back at a 10 year stint and I was ever so excited to have a double with GREEN CHILE! Oh how I missed it so! It was super fresh, hot, obviously made to order, and oh so good! This location was friendly, and we even got an unexpected show! Top notch service and professionalism app around, and I will definitely be back to enjoy the menu! Oh, and the honey butter wings! Wow! Slap that on a bun and call it a day!
This place is cool with letting their employees steal you card information. My wife purchased a meal there and shortly after got two additional charges from two different Whataburger locations in Albuquerque for different amounts. Then got two additional charges to a Domino's in Santa Fe later that evening. Watch your employees.
Excellent breakfast fish sandwich! Jalapeño biscuits are great! Workers are pleasant and very helpful
Ended coming here around 330AM. There was only one car in front of me and multiple staff members talking and joking with each other. I ordered 3 burgers and two fries. Receipt was accurate. Got home and ended up with 3 fries and two burgers. They weren’t busy at all, disappointed with the service.
Horrible experience I ordered my green chili double at 10:13pm and didn't get it till 10:59 and at that while asking for my order and addressing the kitchen they decided to "call the cops" so this visit was highly intolerable ..... Heavy set guy in the front was losing orders aswell as forgetting to give drinks my green chili double doesnt even have green Chili's this is a Texas staple and these workers are making us look hilarious and laughable "call the cops" lmao the managers yelled at the heavy set kid saying he's getting no help and he still screwed everything up saying he was calling the cops I guess everyone in Albuquerque does that !!!! Texas shakes their head
It's sad to say that I've been buying burgers from Whataburger for years and it feels like it just gets worse and worse every year not only was I told that they couldn't ring me up for just a justaburger they said they could only ring it up as a justaburger kids meal considering I've worked at Whataburger on my early years as a young adult I have been ordering from here for years so for them to tell me that they can't ring me up for something I've been ordering for years was absurd and stupid considering they don't know their own damn menu and would rather argue with a customer then to ask a manager how to ring something up I am almost at the point I'm not going to Whataburger again just because I can't get a simple order without them messing it up my burger literally has three ingredients ketchup pickles and I add grilled jalapenos I have no idea how they can get it wrong every single time
In the drive through at Las Estancias, only person in 2nd line, Waited over 5 minutes. Person taking the orders run 5 cars through the 1st line, never once waiting on our line. Glad no one was behind us so we could drive off and go to sonic. 2nd time we have had bad service from this whataburger. Won't be back to this one
I went here on 01.01 with my family of 4 around 6pm. I used my debit card to pay, and woke up this morning to several charges to my bank account. Of course after noticing I cancelled my card. And when I called a spoke to a manager to notify them they may have skimmers on their card machines, she told me she didn’t need to check the machine to make sure. If anyone goes inside to eat please make sure to check for skimmers on the card machine. Or pay cash.
