This place is awesome. Management and staff are super friendly and the service was really quick but I tended to stick around for just a little bit longer just because. They let me try out a new milkshake flavor they had and were nice enough not to even charge me for the kid cup. But I ended up ordering another one. Anyway. Food is good as always. Give him a try. They're popping these places up everywhere. Keep going Whataburger!
Rare that I rate a fast food place high, this place is unique. Portion sizes large, taste amazing and it is clean.  Soo popular you will wait, however worth waiting.  My first experience was their very large, juicy cheeseburger and nicely crisp and golden fries.  You can tell a lot by fries.  They should be golden not dark.  This place changes their oil often; you receive deep fried items as intended.  Second outing, their boneless chicken, delicious choice of custom sauces not typically found elsewhere.  Third time, pancakes, hope your hungry, for the amount of food you receive prices are on point.  Kids will enjoy Whataburger better than the arches and crown.
Normally this place is pretty good and consistent about getting things right the first time, but I think the people working there tonight completely forgot how to read before their shift. I ordered a whataburger and a shake, super simple. The shake was handed to me with a hole in it that had to have been noticed by the staff, I waited until I got home to drink it but by the time I got home, half of the shake was floating in my cup holder.
I had to ask twice for my burger to be remade how I ordered it with everything I paid extra for. It was written on the receipt, so I'm sure they knew what was supposed to be on it. The guy at the window even asked me what I did and didn't want on it while he's holding the receipt......On the third time I had to ask for what I paid for, they just gave it to me in a box and said here you go. Called back to see if I could get issued a refund after I had seen the milkshake drained in my cup holder, couldn't even get anyone on the line.
Absolutely disgusted after watching manager allowing drive through window employee to handle dirty money and help on food line while wearing same gloves. I spoke up and said it was very unsanitary and they needed to either change gloves while handling food or stay at the window. Then they look at me like I'm the horrible person for correcting them. Very very disgusting! Always takes a minimum of 30mins. to order anything no matter what it is, very slow. Obviously this is the norm for this place!
And they messed up my order! People should always go in and see what's going on inside these places. 0730hrs. on 2/242024
First one I've seen in Florida they are big in Texas me an my husband travel for work an whenever we see one we Make SURE to stop because we absolutely love there sweet an spicy bacon burgers ???? an there salads ???? an as per usual they did not disappoint the wait took a little longer than usual but u have to epect that with good quality food . Sorry I forgot to take the pictures before it was mixed all up but it was OUTSTANDING!!!
Here waiting on our food still. It’s been 30 minutes and we just got our food, and 3/4 of it had to be re-made due to errors. Missing bacon, wrong condiments, I’d say about 1/4 of the people in the drive-thru are coming in with errors with their meals as well. Store staff clearly needs training with handling rush hours and paying attention to details under stress.
Will probably not come here when it’s busy for the foreseeable future. Very disappointing.

When I walked in the only cashier there was leaving for the night I guess. She did not acknowledge me or the other guy. We waited at least 10 minutes before I finally asked a young lady if there was someone coming to assist us. Then she made the comment somebody needs to come take "these folks" orders. Who is these folks? That is not the way you refer to customers! I didn't get her name but I remember what she looks like. Then we waited about another 10 minutes before the manager came to assist. He was nice. I didn't get his name. They got my order wrong after waiting a little over 20 minutes. There was no complimentary anything for the wait nor a discount. I usually have good experiences here but not tonight.
What a burger has a really good burger. The issue is that they are slow in their drive through lane, therefore, they're only average for service, but it's the burger that counts. I must say when it comes to drive through service. Nobody beats chick fil a
