I know it's only been open a few weeks, so some things are just growing pains, like the loud crew members eating in the dining room after their shift.
I ordered a #5 with an extra patty and no bun for my son who has Celiac's. They sent out a single patty with no bacon. I had to go ask for the second patty, which costs a ridiculous $3.49 and the bacon. Stood up front for two minutes while my food got cold. I ordered a patty melt for myself and it was really good, but I must say I was disappointed to find out by looking at the app later that I could have added lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc...
I saw all sorts of signage promoting the Dr. Pepper shake and that's my daughter's favorite soda. I was told when we tried to order it that they didn't have the syrup to make it... Sounds a like McDonald's and the broken shake machine, doesn't it?
Overall it's a little expensive, but the food is good, so I gave it 4/5 stars
I've never waited fifteen minutes in a drive thru (7:45am) and left because I could not receive service in an empty line. Pulled up and waited a minute after telling them I was leaving over the radio. One person was seen carrying a dust pan and broom. Place gonna be clean when no one eats there!! I'll never be back. Hate that McDonald's is king because of management like this. Some new location you've got there guys!
My first time going here for breakfast and the food was terrible. Typical for fast food so my ratings for fast food tend to be low. The cheese seemed like it was some type of synthetic food.
I've given the place 3 chances and I haven't been impressed yet. The food hasn't lived up to the hype. All 3 timed I ordered there was an issue where something was missing or the order wasn't made correctly. These are things I expect to be done properly for the high price you have to pay to eat here. Most likely will not be back.
These burgers were way bigger than I expected. I will be getting a junior next time. Delicious. Fast. Nice clean restaurant.
So glad we have a location in Monroe now! Our family comes here all the time and it’s in a very convenient location.
Whataburger has the BEST fast-food burgers. Flavorful and very big. Beats other burger fast foods by a long shot along with their great customer service. Those complaining in their reviews clearly haven’t been to McDonald’s or Burger King in a while where the food and service is actually terrible. Drive thru sometimes take a while, but the dine-in atmosphere is great and clean.
We stopped in on our way home from being out of town. It was around 9 pm, so it was not busy, but it took at least 15 minutes to get 3 burger combos. The burgers were just ok in our opinion, but the fries were so salty that we couldn't eat them.
Burgers ate over hyped. The taste is bland and my burger was luke warm at best. The portions are large but not worth the loss of flavor.
